RJ was the best dealer at a dealership me and my wife

RJ was the best dealer at a dealership me and my wife have ever worked with, we was buying a truck? We found on your website and he was extremely good and professional and we bought it from out of state and couldn’t ask for a better person, we would very much recommend this dealership for any of our future vehicles.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from RJ! As a Pensacola local, I was thrilled to find my mom’s dream car at this dealership. Recently purchased a car from this dealership. My experience was very smooth. BJ is the BEST! Purchasing a car from out of stated can be stressful but BJ made my experience so smooth. He was very professional and communicated with me throughout the process as he stated he would. BJ made sure my car was ready for transport when the transport arrived. This was by far the easiest car buying process ever. Thank you so much BJ for all of your help.

Hello - I'm from Navarre Florida, names Chris / Car is 2024 s580. Had an issue with the internet in the car and the navigation system and a few other things. Because Fort Walton Mercedes was closer to me I started there. I waited there 5 hours they could not fix the car. The staff was nice, bottom line the car needed to be fixed. They told me a claim had to be filed because they need help from Germany because they couldn't figure it out and that could take up to 3 weeks to hear back AND Here is the key to your car. ! I took the car over to Mercades in Pensacola the next day and dropped it off. I talked to John also from Navarre in the Service Dept, he was very much in the know a real pro at his job. Next day 2:00 pm got a call the car was done ready to be picked up. There I met the tech guy who made it all possible Brandon. Talked with him, this young guy positively has the Magic touch explained everything to the letter. I'm very car savvy I,m also a collector with many high end foreign cars, I understand the difference in professionalism and not. The moral of the story is there's no education in a second kick from a mule. Get it straight up right the first time. Pensacola is the place for repair.

I recently purchased a CLS450 Mercedes on March 20, 2025, and had the absolute pleasure of working with Robert Jarman—better known as RJ. This was an out-of-town deal, and RJ made it seamless from start to finish. His communication was top-notch—he kept me informed at every step and truly acted as my eyes and ears throughout the process. RJ went above and beyond by providing detailed, narrated video footage of the vehicle—inside, outside, and even under the hood. He coordinated the white-glove transport of the car to my home in Michigan, showing care and professionalism the entire time. When it came time to close the deal, he personally picked me up from my hotel and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Afterward, he went a step further by graciously taking my wife and me out for cocktails, making the experience not just transactional but personal and memorable. I've bought many cars over the years, but I’ve never encountered a sales experience quite like this. RJ is the consummate professional, and thanks to his exceptional service, we’ve formed a lasting friendship. I highly recommend working with RJ—you won’t find better.
