Vehicle recall

Friendly personal. Work was completed on schedule and I was asked about getting extra work done. All work completed to my satisfaction. Will be coming back when necessary.

Service

As always my experience was quik, well done and everyone very friendly. Thanks again. I have never had to wait longer than I am told when I drop off my car and I always get an update call.

Daniel was very polite and courteous with his service. If I had to knit pick something, I would say that the person who scheduled the apt over the phone for me could explain how long the apt should take based on the type scheduled... I.e., minder B will take 1.5 hours. I didn't have anything to do all day so it did not bother me.

Attendant was profession, courteous and polite. He was respectful when speaking to myself and another customer. Truly great experience. After the service was complete attendant explained all aspects of service.

Oil/Filter change Replace Engine and Cabin air filters Flush brake fluid Erick Soto is an outstanding Customer Service Associate in Service. He's a top professional. Honda's got my business chiefly because of Erick.
