I pay close attention to notices when my car needs service. When I pull into the Honda dealership I am generally met by Erick Soto. He is always very friendly, helpful, and genuinely sincere about greeting me and attending to my vehicle. He is knowledgeable about answering questions I have about service requirements and patient in explaining his answers. Just bought a preowned car at Yuma Honda 2020-12-13. I was really dreading the process but Allan, Ruben, Miguel and PJ really did make the experience painless, much better than I expected. I think I paid a fair price and I think I have received value for my purchase.
