Service department

As always friendly staff reception representative came out as soon as I pulled up. Had oil changed and tires rotated in a reasonable amount of time. Was given all information on service preformed with recommendations from next service.

Recommend Yuma Honda

Excellent service; inspection results explained clearly; recommendations are made but no pressure to have everything done at once. Friendly and courteous service department and payment personal.

Ridgeline repair

I had a dead battery on my 22 ridgeline. I called the dealer and spoke with the service representative. He suggested that I try jump starting the vehicle and bringing it to the dealership. This worked and I drove to the dealer. I was immediately contacted and my truck was taken directly into the service area. The battery and charging systems were checked and all was working properly. I returned home and received both a phone call and text follow up to see if I had any further problems. I am very pleased with the dealer response and will continue useing this dealership for all of my service and repair needs.

The service guy had great customer service.

The service guy had great customer service. He was very helpful. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely bring back my vehicle to get service at Yuma Honda.

I got great service, I came in to replace my tire. i had to come in twice due to my warranty company being closed but It was quick and easy and everyone was kind and friendly.

Excellent Customer Service

Erick in the Service Department at the Yuma Honda Dealership is very Professional and takes getting your car fixed Seriously!! I’ve been dealing with Erick for a few years and he is good at what he does!! He will work with you if you need a ride back to your house if needed!! He will notify you right away if there are any delays!! Overall I would recommend Yuma Honda Service!! They will treat you right.
