2011 Honda Pilot Touring

George did a great job helping us get the car we wanted at a great price. We got full price for our trade in and the rest of the process was very smooth. I had my young son in the dealership with me and George was very patient and accommodating. Definitely recommend and would buy here again.

Purchasing a Used Car

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda LX from Grainger Honda, Chatham Parkway. Georgia. The experience was excellent, salesperson George Odom and the whole Grainger Honda Staff were superb. Mr. George Odom my salesperson was excellent he ensured that I got the best deal possible!!! The professionalism and respect that I received during this purchase was above the best. This is my 3rd Honda and this is the best experience I have had with a dealer and a salesperson. Grainger Honda should be congratualated on their service and having salesperson George Odom on staff!!! I would return to Grainger Honda for another purchase 100%!!!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

I recently bought a Honda Accord EXL at Grainger Honda. I made one phone call and as soon as I walked in the dealership salesman George Odom was waiting on me in the rain with the keys. It was that easy. I was able to test drive the vehicle upon arrival which was a plus. Once I test drove the vehicle I was ready to make my purchase. This was very quick and easy. I was not expecting to be able to drive away with a vehicle but with Grainger Honda this was all made possible.

Best Experience with a Car Dealer

I just recently bought a Honda CR-V at Grainger Honda and LOVE it! It fits mine and my daughter's needs. I had a wonderful salesmen(Don Holloway) who was honest,you can't find many of them, and helped me find what I was looking for.

Highly Recommend Grainger Honda

I bought a brand new Honda Civic at Grainger Honda and I couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated by salesman Jim Fretwell and the entire staff at Grainger Honda. The process and buying my car was painless and easy. Mr. Fretwell was extremely helpful in selling me my Civic and I particularly appreciated his honesty and transparency. I will most certainly look to buy future automobiles at Grainger Honda

Great car experience

I was really impressed with the buying process from start to finish at Grainger. We bought a 2008 Honda Accord, and I had been looking for a while. I had some not-so-great experiences from other dealers. Mr. Dumas was very professional, I appreciate the "whole picture" sales technique, and although I haven't used it yet, I think the service after the sale is going to be every bit as professional as the car buying experience was. I like the fact that you have a dedicated service person who will see you every time. The finance guy was very good too, and he did a great job finding us the lowest interest rate and going over all the choices for financing. He worked really hard to save us the most money he could, while looking after our interests as well. This is the first time my family has owned a Honda, but I have a feeling it might not be the last! Timing Belt and Water Pump Replacement

From the beginning of the service department transaction all the way to the end was a very pleasant experience. With all that was replaced/repaired on my vehicle, I feel I got very good service and confidence in my vehicle's performance. Totally satisfied.

David McCalla (good salesman) & CRV

David was helpful and courteous for the purchase of my CRV. I was a bit disappointed in Sales Manager raising their inital counteroffer (twice).
