My salesman, Austin Mikel, was great.

My salesman, Austin Mikel, was great. We texted for over a week trying to set up a time when I could come in and test drive. He was very accommodating and straightforward. This is the second car I have purchased from a Gates dealership and it will always be my first stop.

Our salesman Chris Young was great. He was very professional. He had the truck we bought waiting for us when we arrived. To drive it. We went home in it about 2 hours later. Thank you!

We just made our 7th purchase (over many years) from the Gates family of car dealerships and we couldn't be more pleased! We have always had excellent experiences with the sales staff, management, service, and the finance staff over the years. However, Chris Young, the young man who sold us our new Honda Pilot last week, provided us with the BEST experience ever! He was so personable and knowledgeable and patient with us over 4 days of searching for just the right car for us. We’ve said it before and will say it again and again…Gates Honda is the best around! They also do our service on our vehicles and have always done great work in that department as well. We have never been disappointed with our experience with Gates Honda! Thank you, Chris Young, for making this stressful decision a great experience for us!

Chris Young was our salesperson and he was absolutely the best by far that we've ever had. So helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the differences in the models of the CRVs like the back of his hand. He treated us so well and made our car buying experience very pleasurable.

Our sales person Chris Young was absolutely the most knowledgeable and proficient we have ever encountered and we are in our late 60's. He is on his game and will work very hard for you and give you top of the line treatment!

Kyle was easy to talk to and did everything to make

Kyle was easy to talk to and did everything to make things easy on me. Getting approved to signing paper was pretty quick. There were a few things that we agreed on to get fixed on the car and I was very surprised, that Kyle texted almost daily to inform me on what was going on with my car. A salesman has never kepted me informed so often and very detailed. I hope told everyone at work about Gates Honda and my family has bought cars from Toyota South, so you all are doing something right!!!!

To all existing and future customers. I honestly can say that I can't say enough about my recent experience with obtaining a vehicle from Gates Honda. Personally, I always dread looking for a new car- it can be a long, drawn out and a stressful job like experience. But my salesman Chris Young went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. Also, it was a no pressure, stress free experience and environment. And last but not least his follow ups after the purchase were even more appreciated. I told my wife that for the future I will not deal with any other dealership but Gates Honda.
