Buyers beware do not buy from here they said they were

Buyers beware do not buy from here they said they were helping me they did not they screwed me is what they did I traded a 2019 Kia rio love miles well they didn’t give me xxxx for my car I got a 2015 Nissan rogue nice car definitely not worth what I’m pay for it no I’m stuck with the car I can’t even trade it off to get out from under it by the time I pay it off I will pay 40000 for a xxxx 2015 they straight screwed me they didn’t help me at all I feel they took advantage of me

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Gates Honda. Kris King was our sales advisor and was very easy to do business with. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and attentive. Kris made us feel comfortable, promptly answered all of our questions and put us in a truck that we love! We would recommend Kris without hesitation. One of the Sales Managers, Carl Naillieux, was also accommodating and knowledgeable. We’ve bought several cars from this dealership and what truly made us feel special was how Kris’ General Sales Manager, Matt Slusher, recognized our previous purchases and expressed gratitude for our continued business. Matt took the time to acknowledge our loyalty as a returning customer. This personal touch made a significant difference in our car-buying experience. It’s refreshing to see a dealership that values its customers and goes the extra mile to make them feel appreciated.

It was a seamless process buying a car with Gates Honda

It was a seamless process buying a car with Gates Honda and more specifically with Austin Mikel. I was coming from out of town (1 1/2 hr away), he was flexible, accommodating and available to answer any questions I had via text. Once the decision was made, the purchasing of the car and driving off the lot was < 45 min and much appreciated since I had an engagement and didn't have time to waste. We have been so happy with our purchase and will definitely keep Gates Honda and Austin in mind for any future purchases.

Purchased a 2024 Chevy Malibu LT Not being a auto body

Purchased a 2024 Chevy Malibu LT Not being a auto body person I did not notice little details.. This car had no car fax issues On our way home a 3 hour drive it was getting dark and we noticed headlights wasn't that bright as we stopped at a rest stop we noticed the drivers side high n low beam did not work. After further investigation the car had previously had minor damage at some point on the passenger side causing a small leak in the drivers side headlight assembly. I brought it to their attention and it was taken care of fast and painless. I do recommend this dealership and their team.

My salesman, Austin Mikel, was great.

My salesman, Austin Mikel, was great. We texted for over a week trying to set up a time when I could come in and test drive. He was very accommodating and straightforward. This is the second car I have purchased from a Gates dealership and it will always be my first stop.

Our salesman Chris Young was great. He was very professional. He had the truck we bought waiting for us when we arrived. To drive it. We went home in it about 2 hours later. Thank you!

We just made our 7th purchase (over many years) from the Gates family of car dealerships and we couldn't be more pleased! We have always had excellent experiences with the sales staff, management, service, and the finance staff over the years. However, Chris Young, the young man who sold us our new Honda Pilot last week, provided us with the BEST experience ever! He was so personable and knowledgeable and patient with us over 4 days of searching for just the right car for us. We’ve said it before and will say it again and again…Gates Honda is the best around! They also do our service on our vehicles and have always done great work in that department as well. We have never been disappointed with our experience with Gates Honda! Thank you, Chris Young, for making this stressful decision a great experience for us!

Chris Young was our salesperson and he was absolutely the best by far that we've ever had. So helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the differences in the models of the CRVs like the back of his hand. He treated us so well and made our car buying experience very pleasurable.
