Upon arriving at the dealership everyone was helpful

Upon arriving at the dealership everyone was helpful guiding us to our Sales Representative Prince Ash. We cannot find enough words to express his outstanding approach. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and so kind working with us that we cannot imagine buying another vehicle from anyone else. We liked the 2013 Ram truck we picked out and came to a very fair price quickly. All we want is a fair deal that both sides like. Prince, our sales rep, agreed to take care of a few minor items before delivery and he and the tech team came through perfectly and on time. Prince truly came through for us and when the time comes, made us repeat customers.

Great sales man kept me up to on everything.

Great sales man kept me up to on everything. Day of purchase was quick and smooth but unfortunately check engine light came on shortly after purchase and now I'm having to drop alot of money into this vehicle to fix it!

Worst service department I have ever seen, they have had

Worst service department I have ever seen, they have had my grandson's car for almost 3 months and still have not got it running. Keeps giving him the run around about what is wrong with and why they can't fix it! Would not recommend them to anyone!

Amazing Service

Bambi greeted us upon entry into the Express Lane for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade replacement. She carefully looked over our vehicle and took down pertinent data and answered our questions. The wait wasn’t bad at all and had a great time mingling with the other customers in the waiting area. In and out in no time.
