Repeat customer. Always was satisfied with my experience. Until this time. Going from leasing back to buying. We dropped off the leased car and tried multiple times to get belongings from leased car without success. We finally purchased a new car and went to get belongs. My leased car had been cleaned and my belongings were gone. My daughter's toys and books were gone as well as all my personal stuff in the front and trunk. I made a itemized list of the missing items in hopes to get compensated. I wasn't looking to make money, I only wanted to replace items that were lost. That's when the departments blamed each other and minimized the items as being common and not really important and easily replaceable. Huh? My wife tried twice to grab belongings from the car during out weeklong sales process but wasn't successful. We made it very clear we needed to clean-out our old car and wanted to move our belongings once we had a new car to move them to. We also wanted reasonable compensation but the dealership somehow felt it wasn't there responsibility to replace the items they threw out. I'm shocked at this lack of accountability and the communication between departments was horrible. Somehow children's books and toys that we mentioned we wanted to get wasn't enough for them to make sure the car wasn't cleaned-out before we were able to retrieve them. For the amount of money requested it baffles me that they will now lose future business. I lost personal items that had value beyond money and my daughter lost items that were gifts from fiends. And the company really didn't care, they just blamed each other and took zero accountability. I will never shop there again, I will give as many poor reviews as possible and I'm drafting a complaint with the attorney general's office to make sure others are aware of this disgraceful experience. It was my family's 4th time working with this dealership, and last. Absolutely sickening display of how to lose a valued customer. Zero stars !!!

Unfortunately, I had to buy a new car twice from here the last few months (no fault of theirs) but the sales associates are amazing. Jason goes above and beyond to make a tough day a one worth living. Huge shout out to Jason’s customer service skills, patience and honesty. You won’t be disappointed if you make a deal through him!

Katherine is one of the most positive and friendly works at Nucar Honda of Norwood, she was extremely helpful, detailed, and transparent throughout the process she made sure I got a GREAT DEAL on such a high value car! Katherine was very helpful in figuring out what SUV would work for my family and I & made sure I was able to find the perfect car with all the amenities I needed. We got great price and she even went out of her way to make sure we got photos with the huge red bow which was such an important detail and i'm so grateful to have a cute photo opportunity. She's great with kids, my children were able to play around her desk with no issues. Katherine even went as far as giving them snacks and lollipops she had in her desk to help with my fussy kids, as we figured out the paperwork. Extremely nice and lovely to be around. If any of the managers are seeing this, Katherine deserves a raise! Went above and beyond to give me a great experience and I will be coming back because of her!
