Outstanding Service

From the first phone call to the in-person meeting with our sales representative Aram, our experience was excellent. Everyone at the dealership as a whole was very friendly and helpful including the manager and financing personnel. The sales representative was always accessible and courteous understanding our needs in a new car purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership.

If you’re looking for the best service advisor go to Kevin very honest very good guy. Not pushy and he’s the best service advisor to help resolve my issue. Very timely and very honest about my car

I went to Boch Honda looking for a used vehicle.

I went to Boch Honda looking for a used vehicle. I had found a 2022 Kia telluride online that was in great condition. I live in Maine, but due to limited inventory I drove down to the Boston area to check out this Kia. I have to say that their Internet sales manager is doing a great job. The description of the vehicle was accurate, The Carfax was available, the condition of the vehicle was excellent, and this was all very accurately described online. According to edmunds.com the price of the vehicle was also a fair deal based on current market prices. I spent a few hours in the show room, and the place is definitely busy, friendly and a lot of satisfied customers. Ultimately, I ended up buying a vehicle in Maine. It’s important to note that the Massachusetts state laws do not allow for temporary plates making it a little more difficult to buy a vehicle there and bring it to your home state. That being said, I really enjoyed working with the team at Boch Honda. They really tried to make the sale work for me, but in the end I needed a car immediately and we just couldn’t make it work. If you’re in the market for a new Honda or if you live in the state of Massachusetts and see something you like on their lot, I definitely recommend them for a great show room, an energetic sales team, and a positive overall experience.

Absolutely my worst car buying experience

Abysmal! Bought a new 2023 Accord 3 weeks ago. Car was to come with side door moldings, all weather mats and door guards. None of the above items were in stock. Went back a week later with an appointment for the moldings, guards and mats. Mats were on back order and when they were finished, they only did the guards and not the moldings. I was then unable to locate the service person that helped me. I contacted my salesperson and he wanted me to make another appointment. I explained I wasn't going to drive another hour back to Boch. I told him he could keep the moldings and send me the mats. He agreed to do this. The mats arrived and I got several text messages saying I needed to call to make an appointment. I tried to respond via text and was not allowed to. I called the service department 4 times and was told this person is not available. Each time within seconds of being told to call. Eventually someone actually took a message. i then texted the salesperson who thought that they shipped the mats and did the moldings. Again, he said it would be taken care of. The next day I received what I thought was a return call. Turns out it was a voice prompt that is the same as if you called. The phone rang over 20 times and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with an operator and explained my dilemma. She said she would get someone. Instead, I got voicemail. 3 weeks and not one thing that was agreed upon has been completed. This was my fifth vehicle purchased at Boch. 3 Accords and 2 CRV's. Each time it was easy and an enjoyable transaction.

Our 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid Touring seemed to have lost a

Our 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid Touring seemed to have lost a rear windshield wiper. However, when we stopped unexpectedly (on President's Day!) I walked into the Service Dept. and met Daniel O'Connell asking as to where I could buy a replacement. His first response was to ask to look at the problem and, in fact, the car wash did more damage that I thought. The wiper and the wiper arm needed to be replaced and Daniel extended himself to bring us to the parts dept. and then, again, without any fanfare fixed the problem saving us a return trip. It ought not be unusual to find such commitment to customers, but here it was, and for which we are grateful. Clearly we made the right decision to have purchased our new car from Boch a few months ago. Charlie Hatem

I recently purchased a 2023 Honda CRV from Boch Honda and just wanted to thank Salesman Bob "Biff" Fenerty and Business Manager Todd Borletto for making the entire process run so smoothly. Both men were competent professionals (an increasingly scarce trait) whose polite, positive personal styles remind me of the Proverb: "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar."

Ordering a car can be difficult these days!

Ordering a car can be difficult these days! Tom Grover and his team made the process smooth and seamless. From the day I ordered the car, Tom and his team have continuously updated me on my car and it's ETA to the dealership. I can't wait for my car to arrive! but knowing that Boch Honda has been treating me like a VIP throughout the whole process makes it all the more worth the wait!

BEWARE!

BEWARE! This past September my husband purchased a Honda Civic from Boch Honda Norwood. Inna, the sales person received a bank check for the full amount of the vehicle and a separate check for $1886.81 for sales tax and registration fees. Days later he was told that they were unable to register the car. On 10/09/22 I spent half the day at the registry and wrote a check for $1886.81 to Mass Dot. My husband was told to bring in receipts of the transaction and Boch Honda would issue a check. After many phone calls and in answered voicemails we still have to received our refund. In essence Boch Honda of Norwood has stolen $1886.81 from us. It’s is 11/29/22 and we still are waiting. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer. Janet Scheidemantel
