Dealing with Marc Heroux, on more than 3 occassions, has made him and Boch our favorite dealer. If you are looking for an honest guy, with your best interest in mind - go to Boch and make sure you talk to Marc. He is a "regular" guy and he will help you. He has helped us on several occassions. Just completed third purchase with Amine Abad for a 2013...

Just completed third purchase with Amine Abad for a 2013 Honda Accord. Amine provides excellent service and follow through. Amine has excellent knowledge of his product and makes the purchasing process a wonderful experience. After the sale Amine stays involved making sure that the vehicle is properly cleaned and registered for us. At the time of pickup Amine met us and and went through the electronic functions of the vehicle in great detail. Congrats to Amine as an excellent salesman...there is a reason why I go to him for both personal and business purchases. Bill Almon, (sales manager), and Martha D, (finance manager), were also helpful during this purchase.

Amine helped me with the lease of two vehicles over the last 3 weeks (Civic and Accord), and went above and beyond what I would expect from a sales specialist. Bait & switch sleazy sales tactics

I bought a Honda Certified Pre-Owned Civic from Boch Honda Norwood and I can't imagine a worse buying experiece. This being my 2nd Honda Civic I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and had written a check out in advance. That's how sure I was that I was going to buy the car I came in to look at and yet I was still forced to spend most of a Sunday dealing with their over the top (and really quite text book) flim-flam sales tactics. They did the usual bait & switch of "oh that car we have advertised for cheap has been sold but let me show you another more expensive model..." but I was prepared for that. Then they wouldn't negotiatie 1 cent on price and the sales manager kept side-stepping the topic of the financing. I came in repsonding to their advertised (2.9% financing with $3,200 down) rate for this car. It was written in black and white in the listing so I kept going back to try to get them to confirm that was what I would be receiving. The sales manage literally avoided the topic at all costs, spending half an hour talking about Boston history and such, glossing over the details of the financing. Later as I sat in the Business Manager's office to sign the paperwork the business manager was rude and condescending and said that was the first he had heard of any such rate (despite it being advertised with every used model that had advertised online). The sales person also had made a note about the 2.9% financing in his notes on the sales sheet, but the business manager accused me of making it up. The sales tactics for the extended warranty and lo-Jack-like security system were very, very heavy handed and when we declined the guy was downright rude. I will never step foot in a Boch dealership. If the .5% they make off the bait and switch financing is worth the ill will they engender in their customers then it's certainly an interesting business model. Our next car will also be a Honda but never again will I buy something from any Boch dealership. My advice would be to bring your attorney if you want to shop for a car at Boch Honda.

Best car buying experience my husband and I ever had. Isaac was a pleasure to work with and listened to what we wanted. I would definitely buy from this dealership again and I highly recommend them.

Mike McShane was a pleasure to work with. He is...

Mike McShane was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable about the product, gives a great overview of the car, and listens to what the customer wants. He is also personable, friendly, and easy going. He made the car buying experience enjoyable. The Boch Honda Dealership was welcoming, and when the manager did get involved, he was informative about Honda incentives, but not pushy. Overall buying a CRV at Boch Honda was a good experience.

I am located in NH and received a price from Amine over...

I am located in NH and received a price from Amine over email which was the best I had seen. Not only did they have the color I wanted in the Pilot LX, but they had the best price and gave me a good trade value based on my research. Since we had talked before the buying process took less than 2 hours and they delivered the car to my town hall two days later, and took the trade when they dropped it off. I'd buy from them again.

Biff Fenerty at Boch Honda was very helpful in our recent purchase of a new Odyssey. Biff was honest and open regarding pricing and trade in value. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles options and features and was in no way pushy or aggressive. We visited several honda dealers and chose to buy from Boch because of Boch's pricing and our experience with Biff.
