I needed to go to the dealer to pick up my registration...

I needed to go to the dealer to pick up my registration and get my inspection sticker on my new 2010 Honda Odyssey. I picked up the reg no problem and drove into the service bay and meet Sean. He had my van in and out in about 15 minutes which was great because I had my 3 kids with me. They even drove my van back into the service bay because it was pouring out!!! They really are great.

Chris Gaudreau was outstanding to work with - for many...

Chris Gaudreau was outstanding to work with - for many reasons. Chris was informative, a great listener and a master of the product he represents. As someone who also "sells for a living", I can identify the traits of a quality professional. I believe that the "can-do" attitude and professionalism Chris brought to this transaction reflects not how all cars should be bought but I think Chris is the model of how the profession should be viewed. The delivery was excellent - with our kids in tow, Chris, with humor and expert knowledge of the car, walked us through everything we needed to know and has since, followed up with us. By keeping a professional like Chris in your family of dealerships, you can be assured that me and my family will return again and again. Corey

It was a rainy Sunday. All of the other tire shops were...

It was a rainy Sunday. All of the other tire shops were closed. And there I was, with a tire situation that needed IMMEDIATE attention. I cringed at the idea of having to go a dealership to buy tires. My mind thought about the sales pitch I was about to get and then the up sell. I walked in determined. And so was Sean De Silva. A man of few words, he instantly gained my trust. There was no big show and scare tactics. He told me that we would review my options together, he'd offer three price points and we would determine the best value for me. He got me in and out, while keeping me updated about the process. I felt very taken care of and definitely recommend him. Thank you Sean.

What can be an awful experience turned out to be a...

What can be an awful experience turned out to be a pleasant one because of my salesman, "Biff". He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I even received my vehicle earlier than planned. All in all, it was a positive experience, from the sales manager to the financial manager. I loved my salesman, Bob "Biff" Fenerty. He took good care of me, and even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me!

Boch Honda is good dealer. They have great and well...

Boch Honda is good dealer. They have great and well trained staff. They are very polite and helpful to customer. I have minimal experience with cars but they giude me properly. Also, Waiting was not bad. That have good amenities for customer like coffee, Muffins, Donuts etc plus wending machine.

I would recommend Boch Honda on the Auto mile for one...

I would recommend Boch Honda on the Auto mile for one reason and one reason only. Steve Winnett, my sales consultant. I have bought a few cars in my lifetime and did most of my homework on line so I wouldn't have to go head to head with a salesperson, we all know how that can be!!!!!! I arrived with my information and knowledge that the internet now offers and my path happened to cross with Steve's and I'm glad it did. Steve was smart, articulate, funny and a pleasure to do business with. There were no pressure tactics, and back and forth haggling.......... I sat across the table from this gentlman and listened intently as he explained the Accord as I have never heard it done before. (This is my 3rd Accord) and had been in contact with many dealers in the immediate Boston area before our meeting at Boch that Hot August day. He introduced himself to me, sat me at a desk told me he would be right back. He arrived back with 2 bottles of water for the two of us and thus began a friendly and plesant negotiation. Never a c,mon work with me attitude. He stold stories and we laughed and told more stories. What a gentle sole he was. Not your typical car salesman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told him that he was in thr wrong business. He should have been in front of a classroom teaching students,or speaking on the lecture circuit giving pep talks. I bought a car from him that day and had a very pleasant experience too boot. I highly recommend that if you are heading to Boch Honda in the near furture, do yourself a favor and ask for Steve Winnett, you won't be disappointed, I wasn't. What a class act he is.

I just wanted to express my SINCERE gratitude and appreciation for such a WONDERFUL experience at Boch Honda. Bob Fenerty, Paul Costine, Bob Signori and Mark Doran were a pleasure to work with.They were very accommodating,helpful, friendly & so nice!

Mike was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and helped us as new comers to MA with information such as how to organise insurance and where to go to find out about children car restraint requirements. He was not pushy and addressed our questions. He worked with us to settle on a deal that we and Boch Honda could live with.

I contacted Boch Honda because my current lease was...

I contacted Boch Honda because my current lease was expiring. I dealt with Danielle and Jazen to negotiate a lease on a 2010 Honda Accord. I was EXTREMELY happy with the deal that I got and I will definitely go to Boch Honda when my lease rolls over. My sales person was Tenia. She was EXTREMELY friendly and spent a lot of time with me explaining things about my new car. She was very knowledgeable and did not put any pressure on me. I was impressed with her follow-up after the sale. A lot of sales people are very interested in making you happy BEFORE the sale, but kind of lose interest after the sale has been completed. I found the complete opposite with Tenia. She has been extremely attentive and has payed attention to the little things like transferring the registration on my car, making sure I get reimbursed for my inspection sticker and following up to make sure I am happy with my car. I will definitely give Tenia a call the next time I am looking for a Honda. I was all set to lease my car through another MA Honda dealership, but they neglected to give me all of the details of the deal until I showed up to sign the paperwork. I immediately left the dealership and contacted Boch Honda. They were extremely honest and up-front about all aspects of the deal and as I said earlier, I am extremely happy with them. I would strongly recommend Tenia, Danielle, Jazen and Boch Honda to anyone looking for a great deal/service on a new honda.

I was very inpressed with Mike McShabe and. Boch Honda....

I was very inpressed with Mike McShabe and. Boch Honda. We are new arrivals in Boston and they have gone the extra mile to help us purchase our Honda. They helped with insurance and all paperwork. They even helped with lifts to the T. I would strongly recommed Mike and the team at Boch Honda- fantastic service.
