I had a great experience buying my new Carnival here.

I had a great experience buying my new Carnival here. Ian and Tyler helped get the deal done quickly with no back and forth, and Chris in finance was awesome. Tyler was great at explaining the features in my new car to get me on my way. This team made buying a new car so painless and it was honestly refreshing how easy the process was compared to the last time I bought a car!

I was very pleased with everyone at the dealership when negotiating and settling on the purchase of the 2020 Subaru Forester. No pressure, honest help from Tyler the salesman, the sales manager and the finance manager. I will definitely choose this dealership for future purchases.

Terrible Service Experience, but Great Sales Rep I

Terrible Service Experience, but Great Sales Rep I bought my car from Jackie, and she was an absolute angel! She answered all my questions and made the buying process smooth. Even after the sale, when I was having issues with the service department, I texted her, and she was able to speak with them and get me some answers—something I struggled to do on my own. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was awful. Just 16 days after getting the car, the heater broke. I was told it would take a maximum of two days to fix, but it ended up taking two months. I was only offered a loaner car after I mentioned I was considering canceling my contract. Getting updates was a nightmare—I had to call multiple times a day, and no one ever picked up or returned my calls. When I finally got my car back, the heater was working, but new issues had appeared: the auto-hold button, backup camera, and ignition indicator light were not working. I have called four times over the past two weeks, and still, no one has called me back. While Jackie was amazing, the service department’s lack of communication and accountability was beyond frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

My wife and I just recently purchased aka lease a 2025 sorento our salesman, tommy as well as keith.And everybody in the finance department that helped us purchase this vehicle we thank them dearly i would definitely recommend anybody named a new vehicle to go see them, they will do everything in their power to get you into something you would want. We'll definitely be getting our next vehicle from them.When the time comes
