Honda Pilot 2020

Our experience with Community Honda have been amazing!! Our salesperson Mr. Hunter was knowledgeable, kind and very helping. I know they were not able to give me additional discount of $1000 as Honda owner but I would admire if I could receive free extended warranty!! Our overall experience was real good and love to recommend them to our friends and family.

Community Honda is the best!!

Tommy made me feel extremely comfortable in the buying process, he wasnt a pushy salesmen only worried about making a sale but rather a salesmen who wanted me to feel completely sure about the what I was buying. He went over in detail ever feature of the car to show me why the car I was looking at was such a good choice. Any questions I had he was there to answer and got back with me in a timely manner. Being a sales manager myself Tommy really outdid himself, he educated me on the car buying process as this was my first time purchasing a car. I cannot thank Tommy enough.

AC REPAIR

Went in July 7, 2020 and my car was diagnose with the condenser being the problem, part put on air still blowing hot, got a call saying the problem was the compressor , wait what!!! The service department did a wrong diagnose now I have to pay for something that is their fault? but for an extra 800 dollars I can get that compressor now?...No that is not right...That is a ripped off making money scheme...I want to talk with the OWNER KIM ELSWICK....I was call by Community Honda and they ask me how was my service and I told the lady it was horrible and she said I will get someone to call you and that was monday July 20, 2020 and it is now July,22, 2020 still no call. I took my car their hot and picked it up hot, and paid 700 dollars and picked my car up Friday July 10, 2020 and talked with Kris but he said it was so much he could do,,,,But I am out of 700 with the problem/diagnose not being fix....Anybody knows that is wrong...

We're very sorry that your experience was not as expected. After review, we have found that nothing was amiss with the diagnosis. Unfortunately, there were multiple parts malfunctioning, and there was no way to determine that the compressor was out until the condenser was replaced. My car service experience

When I arrived at Community Honda for my car service, Carlos was the service man that assisted me. He even remembered me from when I had last come in for service. He told me about how long it would take and sure enough he came and got me when car was ready within the two hours as he told me. Carlos is very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. That makes customers feel good when the serviceman remembers them. It makes you want to go back and it gives you a good feeling about the service. I would say Carlos is truly an asset to Community Honda.

Carlos was serviceman that assisted me. He remembered assisting me on a previous visit. He told me how long it would probably take for them to do the services on vehicle and he was right about the time he told me. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. I feel he is an asset to Community Honda.
