Working with Devin was a fantastic experience. His extensive knowledge of the Honda lineup and his friendly, no-pressure approach made the car-buying process a pleasure. Wow!

Wow! All I have to say is I am so impressed with Devin and his team. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left they were extremely professional and helpful. My credit score is not phenomenal but they didn’t make me feel inadequate. They were straight forward and helped me find a vehicle I could afford! I will be referring all of my friends to this location.

I started out dealing with Devin who didn’t really know

I started out dealing with Devin who didn’t really know much about anything. The only good thing about this dealership was Bennet Johnson, but saying that I only talked with him over the phone and did not meet him in person. He did switch some numbers around on me but I caught it and he came back with them in different places but I said whatever I will deal with it in person. I agreed to come test drive the passport, the black addition was something I was not interested in, I told them the black rims were a bit much but I also did not want the base model, I am moving to somewhere with more rugged terrain. Test drove it, fell in love, except for the black rims. Devin was with me during the test drive and knew absolutely NOTHING about the passport. Got back to the dealership and they knew I was coming there to lease. I have an Acura TLX with tech package, she’s been fun. Acura is the “luxury” brand of Honda right, they had no interest in my car. The sales manager that was unfortunately there that day was J.J. DuPont, extremely rude. I have equity in my car, I did all the math, he flat out told me they didn’t want my trade. 😂. Ok. He showed me a paper and said here is your payment ($770) zero down. He said with your trade your looking at $800. I told him if you couldn’t get to a nice mid 40k on that car then we are wasting each others time. He said not going to happen. He added that Bennett should have never offered me the price he did. I said all Bennet did was take all the xx costs off like Nitrogen tires lifetime warranty and other warranty’s I don’t need on a lease. For a dealership that prides themselves on being Christian based, I didn’t see none of that on the day I visited. Also why didn’t you show me the trailsport? AND you need to teach your sales people about leases and have a dedicated lease salesman. Leases are complex and complicated mathematically. YOUR MATH DuPont DID NOT MATH 🙄. For that price I could be driving a jag. Anyways if you want good salesmanship stay away from community. I’m downgrading bc I need to get my daughter a car but idk. I think Toyota is an upgrade. Let’s go 4Runner😍😍😍

The new policy of having a check in hand sucks , my CU sent a copy of the cashiers check to them and they would not release the vehicle until they had the real money in hand two days later almost lost Coustomer

Understand, we don't like having to do this either, unfortunately, we have had banks not want to issue another check for 90 days when lost, so it prompted us to change our process. Appreciate your business.

I contacted this dealer about a canyon listed on CarGurus

I contacted this dealer about a canyon listed on CarGurus and made an appointment for the following day after work. The following morning I emailed them my reapproval from my bank told them I wanted the truck and to write the paperwork up and I’d be there as scheduled to sign and complete the purchase. Soon after the manager called me and had no clue what had been discussed or what my approvals actually said. I got off work and drove from Beaumont strait there. Upon my arrival I was greeted and told they had just sold the truck to someone who had just came in after lunch!! No concern at all for me my time the drive I made. A simple phone call goes a long way I pray the owner sees this and learns the disrespect he’s staff showed me
