As a business woman, I was completely taken back by the disregard for customer service and service. Very bad experience with service advisor. I was not given the inspection report and was treated as an inconvenience when I had to go back in and ask for it.

Hendrick is the only dealership that has serviced my

Hendrick is the only dealership that has serviced my Accord since moving to Charleston in 2015! There's a reason for that...their service advisors are professional, friendly and honest. Scott S. is always helpful and explains thoroughly any issues.
