A very different kind of dealership

After buying a handful of new and used cars, I thought I had the dealerships all figured out. Yesterday I had just left a lot after being frustrated with the dealers' shenanigans. My next stop was Wilsonville. I had a brief phone conversation with Ashlyn and immediately got the impression that this dealership was different. I told her that I wasn't going to put up with any games. She told me that they don't play those games and I actually believed her. Turns out she was right. I was helped by Geri. It felt like I was speaking with a good friend. She was kind and concise, helpful and well informed. It truly felt like she was trying to work "with" me to meet my needs. She explained how Wilsonville is trying to be different from the rest. I could clearly see the difference and hope it becomes a trend. Teri helped me finalize the paperwork. She was just as great as Geri. Both Geri and Terri had my best interests at heart including helping expedite the process as best they could. Also, the dealership is gorgeous and the test drive route is scenic and beautiful. When I got home my wife said our neighbours were also raving about Wilsonville. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Lap your competition.

My wife and I have purchased over a dozen new cars over the years and NEVER have we had an experience like dealing with Parker Johnstone Honda in Wilsonville. Mike Kolb was actually there to help. Not just to try and sell a car, any car you aint leaving without buying a car from us kind of deal. What a breath of fresh air that was. He showed us the options and helped define the different attributes between the models and never once did we feel like we were being herded in a direction to buy more than we were looking for. Brandie Weppler from Finance was was great to work with. She had us through the mountain of paper work in a jiffy. As I mentioned before, my wife an I are experienced buyers and we know what we need, Brandie was sure we understood our options in a most respectful way and understood our wishes. My wife and I have only one regret and that is this is our first time dealing with Parker Johnstone Honda. We wasted all that time, energy, and had to experience to many bad feelings struggling though the sales process with all those other auto dealerships in the past. Many thanks to Michael Kolb and Brandie Weppler for helping make our day. You folks were Great! "6" stars.

Family!

I have been going to wilsonville honda since i bought my honda civic hybrid 4 years ago and i wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Everytime i enter the service department they always make me feel like im at a family reunion because they care so much about their customers and really fight to get us the best price and service. Kristina is my favorite service gal :) She is by far the best and always goes out of her way to help me with my hybrid and she is always willing to listen to me and give me advice. I recently took my roommate to wilsonville honda to purchase her new car and she was always blew away by the service. All i can say is once you go there you'll never go to another dealership!! New car purchase at Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville

I just had a great experience purchasing a new 2014 Honda Accord EX at Wilsonville Honda. From the time I walked into the dealership I was greeted warmly by customer rep Michael Kolb, with whom I spent a few hours choosing the vehicle I was looking for and navigating the process of finalizing the purchase. Michael was very friendly and knowledgable about all of my options, and facilitated a smooth and painless experience for me, without any uncomfortable high-pressure sales tactics. Brandie Weppler, the finance agent, handled all of the purchase details in a friendly and drama-free fashion to finish off an overall great car-buying experience. Great service

Jeannette & Christina are fabulous! Helpful, friendly and welcoming. I dropped off my car & keys in the drop box prior to the shop opening; my car was serviced on time and I received a call informing me it was ready to pick up. No guess work!

Great service

From the moment I drove up to the service dept., I was assisted. Everything about the service that was going to be performed was explained in detail. All questions I had were thoroughly answered. I observed that the service dept., was very busy for a Monday, and that all of the customers were treated well.

Kristi did it again!

Kristi offered us affordable solutions to our repair needs. She updated us along the repair process and gave us a time our car would be ready, washed and vacuumed. This is not a one time visit. We bought our car from Jay Lee Honda (now town and country Honda) but the service there is less than stellar. As long as the service and quality of the repairs remains at this superior level, at Parker Johnstone Honda, you have a customer for life! Thank you Kristi!

Honda Pilot

After looking at other cars when we found the Pilot it sold itself. Living in Salem and not having a good experience with the Salem Honda dealership I enjoyed shopping online finding the best prices at your dealership. Great salesman Michael Kinsman made it a very smooth transaction.

Great place to buy!

Liked the low key, pleasant atmosphere & VERY friendly sales staff. Like that they're on salary & not commission. Loved the people...liked the no negotiation.. liked the AutoTrader info as basis for the trade in.. loved the cookies & the water!
