I purchased a vehicle from Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola Fl a few weeks ago and it was an awesome experience. The salesman was Demarcus Horne and he provided exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end. I was very happy with my purchase and he made sure I left satisfied.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Austin Edwards, my salesperson did an amazing job trying to find me the car I wanted. He worked all day making sure I got everything I needed and wanted. From the moment I walked in to the time I left I was treated with respect and everyone was so helpful and nice. Austin, Kenny, and Joel went above and beyond to help me get my dream car!!! Will definitely be back in the future!!!

Amazing service from all!!!

I needed two cars with a fixed budget Shane Miller made a stressful time a Huge Success!!! He made it look easy when in fact shopping for two cars with a fixed budget is in fact difficult, However Shane made this happen and we are very grateful! My mom is so Happy with her new car and I am over the moon with mine!!! Shane went above and beyond and we are Thankful for him! We would also like to say Thank You to Joel F & I and Chris the GM too!!! I will recommend Sandy Sansing Mazda to everyone!!!

Great source of help!

We ended up getting help from the salesman and sales manager. These 2 individuals were completely honest with us and the most helpful. Although we did not purchase a vehicle we were still treated with respect. I will never forget the kindness from these two people.

worst car deal ever

Salesman James did not apply my Sandy Sansing preferred customer discount nor did He come down one dollar off the sticker price.When he asked what would make this deal good for me I gave my answer and He just smiled and went into his sales pitch.I left the dealership with nothing off the sticker price and my discount denied.This was how a Sandy Sansing preferred customer was treated.Call me Mr. Sansing and we will talk.Dealership has my number.Invoice quote no. 54350 1/18/ 20

I knew what i wanted walking in the door. I told Teresa, she along with the manager James were very attentive and welcoming. They were able to get me in the vehicle i wanted priced under what i asked. Tres the finance guy was quick and friendly.I advise knowing what you want before going in, it makes the process easier for you and them. I'd recommend this dealership.

Minnesota Native

I came by Sandy Sansing Mazda a couple weeks ago to look for a SUV for my wife while down here visiting and that's when I met DeMarcus. I wanted to find a vehicle that she would be comfortable in and one that she would as well, I had being doing research on Mazda and saw the CX-5 had a lot of good reviews so I looked at that one. He showed me a new one and a used one, which I liked and thought that the size of the vehicle would work for her. My wife wasn't with me but I told DeMarcus that when I have time I would bring her so that she can view the car and make sure she liked it too. Never felt any unwanted pressure to buy right now from him which was pleasant and I liked. So when we arrived back to work with DeMarcus on purchasing the New one the process was pretty smooth and dealing with the manager James Lett was enjoyable too, he showed me and my wife a few options that helped us pick the right CX-5 that we could be happy with. The finance manager was nice and easy to work with. If you're in the market for a new Mazda you sure you go see DeMarcus!
