this is about the service department.
this is about the service department. I had an issue with my newer car (3 weeks old bought elsewhere) not starting and doing other weird things after it was jump started. The people in there were all friendly and helpful, especially Trent who handled everything. They let me use a loaner, kept me updated and repaired my car in a timely fashion. Car problems are frustrating and I was a bit upset but they made everything easy and I left my car there with a smile on my face. I certainly recommend them and I can't say I have ever recommended a car dealer's service dept previously. Had issues with every other one and I preferred using an independent mechanic.

DeMarcus was very patient, knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to make sure I explore all of my options. Worst car buying experience. Don’t recommend.
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. My sales person, Isaac Schmidt, gave me misinformation about the trim features, told me he would get the vehicle I was looking for brought to the dealership so I could purchase from him but did not disclose that would be at my expense. When the car arrived without including features I specifically asked about, I was told that he would get them added for me. To make matters worse, the car was being advertised online for less than what they quoted me for and when I asked about that, I was told I was being charged for the delivery fees incurred. After leaving the dealership with the new car sans the wireless charging pad I was told I would get, I did not hear back like I was told so I sent Isaac a text to follow up and did not receive a response. It was only after I completed a survey sent to me where I shared my experience that I received a text from the sales manager, James Lett informing me Isaac would be in touch. Which he did, within 5 minutes. He let me know that he would have an ETA within the hour. 3 weeks went by with no word or responses to inquiries. At this point my temporary tag was expiring and I had to reach out to get the status on the new tag and was completely ghosted by both Isaac and James. Luckily I was able to connect with the title department who issued a new temporary tag. However here I sit after 2 months with not another response about the charging pad or status of my permanent tag/title and my second temporary tag expires today. If I could return the vehicle and buy at another dealership I would in a heartbeat. Worst custom service and zero follow through to the point of flat out ghosting at this point.

My service on a Saturday morning was very fast. Their new method of contacting customers by video and text is very efficient. Trent at check in was courteous and Tracy, as usual was helpful and also very courteous.
