I was very satisfied with my recent service appointment. It was easy to make an appointment, my car work was finished in the promised time, and nothing extra needed to be done to my car. I picked Hendrick Honda when I looked to purchase a Honda because it was convenient for me and I knew I could trust them and their service department. I have been very pleased.

We had a good experience and after some negotiating we were able to agree on a price. The timing and waiting was average for working with a car dealership. The sales person DJ was professional and worked to accommodate us and meet our needs as well as Brad in finance.
