They did the work I wanted done and within the time they estimated it would be completed. They did an analysis and inspection of other areas and made ...recommendations for other potentially needed work which they often do.
I recently had an issue with the sliding door of my 2015 Honda Odyssey where the door would not close. This happened right after a snow storm and duri...ng peak winter. Herb Chambers Westborough was accommodating enough to take the vehicle in the Service center after hours. Mr. Jim Walgreen was the service rep working with me. He was very respectful, prompt and detailed in his communication. I took a couple of days to give the final go ahead for fixing the doors as I was trying to learn more about the issue, cost and warranty details. Jim was unbelievably patient through the entire process and ensured that I was getting the right level of attention and response. He also followed the right protocol of keeping his supervisor informed. Jim and his team did a wonderful job at getting my van fixed. I have been getting my Honda vehicles serviced at Herb Chambers, Westborough for past several years and have received great service. This time it was outstanding! Keep up the great work!

He took the time to take a ride with me to hear what I was hearing and was abl...e to correct the problem in a relatively short period of time. I found the Jeep I wanted to purchase online at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Ususally, dealing with dealerships has not been one of my favorit...e things to do, but I was pleasantly surprised with my encounter with the sales staff. Johnny Tang was my salesman, and at times he didn't seem as confident as I would have liked, but he knew where to go to get answers and he never misled me. I was very satisfied with his performance, as I never felt pressured (a pet peeve) and was allowed to take everything in and make my own time alloted decision. Johnny was very sincere and polite and a pleasure to work with. I think you have a gem in the making there! I had a plan to finance the vehicle and I was able to stick to it without any grief from the finance department. The finance officer was also very polite and accomodating. He did his job without forcing anything down your throat. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased and more importantly, I don't feel like I was taken advantage of...a great vehicle for a fair price. I hope to do business there in the future!
