I give the service a 5 stars for all around. I were going

I give the service a 5 stars for all around. I were going to toll my car after hour to another Honda service in the City but they close after 7pm. This Honda dealer in Colma is open late and has a key drop off box which is very convenience. The service adviser Zeric call the next day to let me know that he will have the technician diagnostic the car and let me know problem , soon enough he call back and went over detail of whats need to be and the price is reasonable too. PLus he gave a 10% discount I will definitely will ask for Zeric for the next service ! The coffer machine in the waiting room is a plus . I bet they also have donuts give out in the morning too.

Good Service

This place is organized and efficient. The staff there is really friendly and very helpful. I waited here about 3 hrs for an inspection and oil change, they asked if I needed a ride anywhere but I decided to stay and do some work on my laptop in the lobby. Theres free wifi here which made this process feel quite fast. Definitely recommend this Honda location! :)

Excellent Service by Eric Tom

I just bought a 2019 Odyssey. It had an intermittent rattle noise on the left driver side only happens on high speed and going over a small bump. Explained to Eric Tom, he understood my concerns and set me up with an experience mechanic to look at this as its not a straight forward issue. Luckily the mechanic did not have to do much and identified as a lose driver side door panel. It is fixed now. Throughout the process Eric Tom is very polite, explained the process clearly, and called me right away when it is fixed. I am so impressed I went back to him to install Roof rails and Visors. Again, very satisfied, with the busy schedule the service dept is facing Eric Tom came out on top and accommodated to make it all work out. I would definitely recommend Eric Tom!

Excellent service

The person who helped us out called Ken. He is really friendly and helpful. He served us twice. He always tried his best to fulfill what we wanted. They alway provide comfortable environment there which is good since sometimes it may take couple hours to finish he buying process. It?s very important for customers feeling comfortable when sitting there.

No Worries at Honda of Serramonte

Service team is excellent here. It starts with Darrell Wilson, the advisor. Very personable and professional. Noted my mysterious 'noise', and general service requests. When I picked up the car, the noise was explained and I was on my way. I have been coming to this dealer for service since I bought the car in 2008, and have confidence in their performance, which helps keep my car on the road, 212,000 and counting. Darrell Wilson is the best!

Steven Li - smooth and easy experience

I purchased a 2019 Odyssey from Steven Li in late August. I had met him a couple years ago. I have had many dealership experience in the past whether its buying for myself and accompanying friends. I understood the process, and did my research. He was very straight forward when I met him 2 years ago and as well as this time. I had a price in mind to work with, he showed and explained to me what he can do. The whole experience turned out to be very respectable, both sides of us worked to get the deal done and time is not wasted. He did not pressure me, or make any of the sales pressuring tactics. This was one of the simpler transactions I had experienced. He also followed up with me a week later too. I would definitely recommend Steven Li, a very professional easy going Sales Manager.
