Service at Serramonte Honda in Colma

The service advisors are always friendly, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable . I really like taking my 2013 Honda Accord to Serramonte Honda in Colma as everything that is needed to be done is explained to me and the workmanship is excellent. I would not think of taking my car to any other place. Yesterday, Darrell was the service advisor and he is friendly and professional and everything I would expect from an excellent employee! He explained all work that needed to be done and he deserves commendations !!!

Always a great experience

Great service, Erick is thorough and very detailed, as well as fair, prompt and accommodating. We had a lot of work that needed to be done and Erick was able to get us a discounted rate and update everything that needed to be done.

Oil change but instead they did engine tune up

I have appointment for oil change of my car but still waited for 15 min in line.Then they check the service needed and recommended this and that when my car doesn’t needed yet coz I know if there’something needed to be fix it will appear in the dashboard.Next time I will agree anymore with recommendations unless it is really needed to fix it.

Excellent Service

Brought my CRV in for service and had excellent customer service with Darrell Wilson. He greeted me on time and went over all the maintenance work done on my car. Highly recommend Honda and Darrell Wilson for service.

Horrible and rude customer service.

We went to this dealer looking for a used Honda and ended up test driving the one we called for. The salesperson was pretty nice and gave us a nice summary of the vehicle. We did not reach an agreement on the price (they were unwilling to go lower despite major problems that I pointed out). The car seemed unvacuumed and had sticky residue on the steering wheel and shifter. The next part is the infuriating the part. As we were about to leave, the sales manager came and was extremely rude. We proceeded to explain why we think the price should be lowered, which he did not believe. For example, all of the brake pads on the car needed replacement but they only replaced the front ones (extremely dangerous). He did not believe the rear ones needed replacement even though it was worn exactly the same as the front. He claimed that we got him to talk to us just so we could point out the flaws in his car. We weren't even wanting to talk to him, he just showed up. Overall, his tone was extremely rude an uncalled for. Do not buy cars from here. They are trying to sell you dangerous cars at unreasonable prices.

Hi CarMechanic, we are so sorry that you had a negative experience with us. Our customers are our top priority, and we hate that your visit made you feel otherwise. Without knowing which vehicle you looked at, it may be hard to address your concern about the brakes. Some vehicles are equipped with drum brakes on the rear axle which will be different than looking at brake pad and rotor measurements that are usually on the front axles.
