I’d like to echo a review made just a few days ago. Bobby Santos was my Service Advisor as well. My 2009 Honda Fit needed a lot of maintenance, and Mr. Santos took the time to make sure I understood all of my options. Over the years, I’ve only used Honda Serramonte Service for maintenance and occasional repairs. All of the Service Staff has always been very professional. It’s a well run shop!

They know their stuff
Went in for a routine check up and Bobby was able to explain the full process and showed exemplary knowledge of what it entailed. Being unfamiliar with cars, I could see from his other records that he is very knowledgeable with cars and that made the whole experience very comforting.

Our service advisor ERIC was very professional, we told him what issue we were having with our 2016 pilot and he immediately knew what the problem was. We had to leave our car because it was a walk-in visit & didn't know how long our car would be there. Signed up for the shuttle to take us home but MELE (Finance Manager) insisted she drive us home herself! Hands down exceptional customer service. Thanks Gian, Eric & Mele!

Excellent Service by DARRELL WILSON
Darell listened to all my concern with my 2003 CRV. Love this car!!!. He recommended other important repairs to be done. He gave me a little rebate but the total was still high. Overall, I was very satisfied with the repairs and thanks to Darrell, he is very knowledgeable with what he does.
