good service
I was very happy with my rep Bobbie Santios. The people running the car shuttle where not very good. Had problems with them not putting me on the list to take me home, was told they could only pick me up at 4 when my car was not ready til 5:15 and that I could wait til then.

Good experience, and they had a shuttle to take you somewhere while you waited (mall, home, etc.). They also figured out why the alarm kept going off when car was unlocked. Only wish the service wasn't quite so expensive.

Bobbi helped us get our car serviced. He explained the different services and what would be done to our car. We had an early appointment and we got our car back at the time he said the full service would be done. Was very happy with that because we didn't have to wait additional time. Happy Customer!
