Garret was great.

Garret was great. Everything was taken care of the recalls and the maintenance. It was my first using Prescott Honda for my car, and the service was completed sooner than expected.

Sales, service, parts, it doesn't matter. Everyone is friendly, professional and always eager to assist with any issue I may even think I have. I'd much rather be at this dealership that any across the street and I have had vehicles at both.

Good service but watch out for the diagnostic service

Good service but watch out for the diagnostic service pricing! They charge $209 for any diagnostic service. I bought my car in for a "TPMS System" warning and was charged a total of $307 to diagnose and replace one sensor. I can have a sensor replaced for $70 or so at most any tire store in town. I should have done more internet research on the problem before relying on Prescott Honda to fix such a simple problem.

Matt Sylvester helped me identify a better car that

Matt Sylvester helped me identify a better car that physically fit my body. The CRV cabin was too small and the seat very uncomfortable. I have given Honda feedback that their seats are not well upholstered and are very rigid and hard. I have driven Ford edges with the highest trim level, which are thousand times more comfortable than Hondas. I am sticking with Honda because it’s such a good make of a car but your Company would do well to make the interior seats, more comfortable, and more cushioning.

Everybody i work with at Prescott Honda is great! Been doing business there since 2013 with complete satisfaction. All service staff and sales staff are knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be happier. they do go "above and beyond" for me!
