Not happy at all.

I've been waiting since last week for Jeff to get back to me regarding issues with the used Kia Soul my sister bought me. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Not happy with this place at all.

Praise for Prescott Honda

I have had only great service at Prescott Honda. Very courteous. Wait time is ok. Cold water is available and comfortable seating in waiting area. I bought my 2014 CRV from James Deluca a few months after my husband died. I had never bought a car by myself, it was a traumatic experience but everyone was so helpful and sympathetic. Thank you to everyone.

new Car

I came in on Friday afternoon. I got help by a guy . I told him what I don't want in car. He was show me stuff that I said I don't what in car then we went in and we sat down then Manger came over and I told him what I was look for told the guy show me the HR-v. I really like. It got be late at night . Next day I came to get how my car work and I belive his name was Scott. He was helpful. He was more helpful about the car then guy who sold me the car.

Prescott Honda Repair Service

Thanks to all of the staff at the Honda Prescott dealership. I found Chris to be very professional, cheerful and polite. She was sure to give me a "what if time and price" and then can back to give me what needed to be repaired on my car and presented a new estimate of the cost. I would like to note also that when presenting the new repairs and cost she was respectful of my privacy.

Honest, reasonably priced oil change

I have quit using two different places in Prescott Valley due to poor quality control, oil dripping off of my car after an oil change where there's no leak they just dripped oil everywhere and mucked up my garage floor, the last place kept my husband waiting three and a half hours for a scheduled appointment. we decided we were done and we went back to Honda, we were there less than an hour we were visiting with the people in their waiting area, because people are very friendly here in Prescott Arizona, and to boot they washed my car! they came out and told me that I had some kind of a replacement oil plug someone had put in at one of those places and they never told me and it was shorter than normal so we put a $3 plug-in so that it was back to factory specs. we will be back for our next service to Prescott Honda. The price was about the same as what I've been paying at the other places throughout town only obviously they didn't tell me that they lost my drain plug and they didn't wash my car.
