Friendly and courteous

I had a good experience with the dealership. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous. The waiting area is comfortable and I liked the free refreshments.

? title to what, we have 2015 Accord

Customer Service advisor, Noble Jones, was very nice and explained the detail of service to us. The service waiting are was nice and clean. I appreciate the hot coffee and cold water.

Great service and kindness

Chrys, the Service Advisor, and Perry, the Courtesy Driver, were so friendly and helpful. It seems like a very well organized Service Dept. Will definitely be a return customer, when needed.

Evaluation of routine servicing of my 2013 CRV

As always I was able to make an appointment for routine service through the very capable Noble Jones, and as always, I was highly satisfied with the job done as well as transport to and from the Wildflower cafe in Gateway Mall where I lunched and read until pickup to get my CRV.

Great service and a clean vehicle as a perk

Great experience! Greeted immediately and given clear explanation and cost of the proposed service. As an added service, a no cost, much needed car wash was done.

A pleasant experience

Everything I asked for was done and handled completely by my service representative, Nino. He checked to see that the work was completed, and even applied the coupon I brought in to save me a little money. Thank you so much.
