The deal went very well for me and my wife.

The deal went very well for me and my wife. The only thing that upsets me was one only getting one key and now I have to come out of pocket for another one. I should have been given two since it’s fairly new car. Plus there was not floor mats and the owner manual were for a totally different car. Now I have to try and get another set from the dealer but they have already told me the do not have any 2024 owner manuals for the car they sold me. The dealership was good other than that but I would have given a five stay if they had made sure all that prior to given me the key which should have been keys plural. The salesmen was very good to us.

I prefer not to get any help I have already come out of pocket for over $200 for buying a key and then getting it programmed, another approx $40 for owners manuals. And I also purchased the floor mats off Amazon which were not cheap. Plus when it rains the lights all the way across the front fog and moisture up and I asked about them I was told to go to the Kia dealership to get it fixed. Very sad Sandy Sansing would not fix something THEY sold. So since Sandy Sansing fails me in all aspects of this buy. I will be taking off the Sandy Sansing sticker off the back of my car so to not advertise for Sandy Sansing.
