This is my 4th VW from the dealership.

This is my 4th VW from the dealership. I left the VW fold and went elsewhere for a few years, came back and was asked are you ready to come back.. And here I am. Over the years I have built a very good relationship with Jeff, Mike and CJ even when I was not driving a VW still came in for visits. Pete Moore and Lauren continue to build an exceptional team of professionals that love what they do. This shows when you come onto the lot and into the showroom.

I was in a car wreck and my car was totaled out.

I was in a car wreck and my car was totaled out. I explained my situation and I was in a new car the very next day. Working with Mark was fast, easy, and friendly service would recommend him everyone looking for a vehicle.

Brought my pristine 2021 Atlas in for routine/warranted

Brought my pristine 2021 Atlas in for routine/warranted oil change and tire rotation . My bumper and right quarter panel was severely damaged. They let me drive away without telling me about the damage (I didn’t do a walk around before I left). Luckily I had to stop at a store not too far away and noticed the damage. I went directly back to the service dept. They didn’t”investigative” search and admitted that someone hit a box in the wash bay. The GM attitude was more or less “whoops “ and we’ll fix it. They told me they would replace the bumper..,. guess what…they let me drive away thinking they had replaced the bumper ..,THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE BUMPER!!! Now my car with less than 25000 has diminished value. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now for a corrected invoice of the “work” they did so I can make a diminished value claim….also was given the wrong insurance card (of theirs) in order to make a claim. This review is a cautionary tale…. can’t trust them and will no longer get my or my family and friends business. Will buy my cars elsewhere and do service elsewhere also.

Ms. Vance: Firstly, our sincere apologies for causing you any anguish while your vehicle was at our store for service. While it is no excuse, our service manager has been away from our store, and in his absence, your situation did not receive the proper attention it deserved. The parties involved have been reprimanded for causing the damage and your vehicle has since been repaired. We understand your position in feeling the way you do, but would ask for another chance and not let this one event ruin what was a great relationship in the past. We hope that will be the case. I am 62 years old and have bought many new cars in my life, to include American and Foreign Imports from various dealers in South Carolina and Florida, and I don't know when I have been more pleased. Mark Torelli is outstanding and he made my car purchase experience a pleasure. I have been contacted by him and by the service department to extend their assistance should I need any. Very impressed. I never met Pete Moore but it appears that he set very high standards which live on despite his passing.

My saleperson is David Swartout.

My saleperson is David Swartout. From the time I got out of my vehicle I felt at ease with him. He is not one of this pushy salemen that you dread going to buy a car. He did everything possible to make the car buying as easy as he could. The upper Mangement got involved to help sort out a problem with my Credit Union on financing and they went above what I expected. Highly recommend this dealership

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Pete Moore

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Pete Moore Imports and was very satisfied on how easy Kyle Prell made the process. I started with an email asking about a particular car and he got right back to me and sent all the details on the vehicle. He had the paperwork ready by the time I came in and just waited for my answer after seeing the car in person and taking it for a test drive. I liked the car, signed the paperwork and was out the door in about 30 minutes. I told Kyle exactly what i wanted so he did not waste my time with anything else. I would recommend this dealership, and working with Kyle Prell.

We purchased a used car from Pete Moore last weekend and

We purchased a used car from Pete Moore last weekend and the experience was great! Our purchase was quick, concise, and we easily understood all terms; not a lot of confusing jargon. The personnel went out of their way to make us feel "at home" and comfortable while we were in the dealership. Thanks especially to Rob and David for all their work! We never felt pressured and were able to spend the time needed to make our decision. We look forward to enjoying our Beetle!

I would absolutely recommend Pete Moore.

I would absolutely recommend Pete Moore. Why? Well, as a former employee but also a sales and service customer I have plenty of experience with them. On the sales side I purchased three cars and they made the sales process seamless and very easy. They gave me a fair price for my trade, and they didn't try to beat me over the price of the car I was purchasing. Yes I was an employee but trust me, I've worked for dealerships where the employees wouldn't even buy there. On the service side it has always been great. I've been able to get my car in almost whenever I wanted. Yes, they are very busy and can be backed up but that's because they are known for providing good service. Sure, you'll always have upset customers but often that person had unreasonable expectations or were so upset when they drove in nothing would have made them happy. I have never once taken my car in and had it not fixed right the first time. Every technician there truly cares to get your car fixed right the first time. The service manager is a lifelong VW guy and will sit and talk to you whenever to help you understand. I've seen all the service employees go above and beyond. All the employees there do care about you as a customer which absolutely can't be said about every dealer in town for sure. They try and build relationships with customers so it's not a one-time visit. As an example, the current GM was once the service manager and I remember he came in one day in tears because he had just found out that a long time customer had passed away. That right there told me that my boss cars for people and is worth working for. His entire relationship with customer was thru VW. That's the type of relationship they try to forge at Pete Moore. So, I'd recommend them all day long to everyone I know. Go there even if you don't have a VW. They will take care of you to the best of their abilities! If they can't help you because of the type or age of vehicle they will point you to a shop that can actually help.
