From the first moment we shook hands in the parking lot, to the test drive, to buying my 2026 Bronco Sport, Dave Storfer made it effortless. He was professional and especially kind to answer all of my questions....even went back the next day for more information on Ford Pass and some of the bells and whistles of this remarkable vehicle. You will be in good hands. Billie finalized the sale with an extraordinary level of integrity and transparency. My husband is a numbers guy, and Billie was able to alleviate all of his concerns. If you ive in the Naples, Bonita or Estero area...Coconut Pointe should be your dealership.

I had an easy great experience buying my New 2026 Ford Explorer ST Line at Coconut Point Ford. My Sales Associate Tom Spicer did great getting me a deal and the Finance guy explained the extended warranty very clearly, I would definitely go to Coconut Point Ford Again.

Took car in for oil change and was told about 2 hours.Afterc sitting for about 2 hours asked giri how much longer and she looked a told me care was done and. I asked her why I was not called,she said I was called , I was sitting Less then five feet from her and heard nothing.Also had a mailer for discount on oil change ,she said I could not use it because I did not have a tire rotation..I retired from Ford after 37 years and have bought fords all my life, not a good way to keep coustomers.Thanks Bob Moore

Great service and communication with everyone involved. There was an issue outside of dealer control and it was swiftly corrected. Patrick and John McClean were professional, patient, and transparent.
