Terrible Business Ethics

I bought a used 2013 Nissan Altima aesthetically beautiful on July 7, 2020. My salesman, Ulysses Campbell promised us a vehicle that "had nothing wrong with it" and that the dealership was "held to different standards selling used cars". The car test drove well and ran nice for 3 days, started to stutter but only intermittently. I took it to Nissan who stated it was the transmission going bad. Ford agreed to look at it, Victor told me Nissan was trying to rip me off in repairs. And, because no check engine lights came on and of course the FORD technician checked it out they could not reproduce the problem they told me they couldn't help me. Basically, Victor was adamant that I bought an "as is" car even though I had only had it 9 days. Then, 5 days later with still the intermittent stuttering, my daughter gets stuck in the middle of a busy intersection and almost gets t-boned! Still heartless Victor tells me I bought an "as is" car! It's at Nissan again, needing a new transmission AND alternator!! The car WILL NOT DRIVE without these repairs! I haven't even had it 30 days! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE!! Car $8200 plus tax, title, registration. New alternator and transmission ADD $5500, FIFTEEN days after I bought it because Ford refused to own up to selling a car that was NOT safe to drive!! I will NEVER recommend Coconut Point Ford and I will tell EVERYONE I know about their awful business ethics.

I always have my car serviced by Coconut Point Ford. My Ford Advisor Brian Kline is the best. He always gets me in and out on time. The sales manager Dan Mucci is also a excellent manager. Very friendly and he always treats me like a VIP. Definitely would recommend Coconut Point Ford.

Best Quick lane service

I have an older Explorer that I wouldn't part with , Coconut Point Ford dealership and Quick lane are both excellent at fixing and maintaining my SUV. Do not have a single complaint and that's saying a lot for me. Excellent personnel to go to , very polite and patient.

Service department and advisors are top notch, I do not hesitate using them on a regular basis. Have worked with different advisors and both have been knowledgeable and have provided excellent customer service which is somewhat of a rarity these days.

They had our explorer for 2 months and only after I asked to buy my own ECU and give it to them to install did they get one. It apparently was a bad ECU and they had to get another. When Brian the service manager called to advise, he said they might not be able to get a replacement and we might have to junk the vehicle, it's a 2008... They got one a couple days later and when they installed it, only put one bolt in the bottom mount, they left a bolt out of the top mount. We picked it up and it still was throwing codes. Took it back to see what the problem is, they said it was an O2 code. We needed the vehicle after 2 months so we took it home. It ran but when I had the codes read by someone else, it was throwing all the emissions codes. Obviously, that's different than one O2 code. Then one day it was parked and would not start up again. I used the website to request valet service and notes it wouldn't start and noted all the codes. On that Monday, I waited for some time for them to pick it up. My wife called the dealership and Raquel stated she told Brian that we were out of the range for valet service, which was 10 miles. Our house is well within that range. No one ever contacted us about that. I then arranged a tow. I had called to ask a question and another woman told me they didn't have a certain range for valet service... I also told Victor that I didnt want to deal with Brian for a service manager and Victor said he would have us deal with someone else, but Brian was again assigned to us... they repaired the wiring for the no start condition, but then when we picked it up, all the codes were still there... so we left it again because that was part of the service request. The female service advisor I spoke with advised the wiring harness needed to be replaced and they only repaired the no start condition initially and would not credit the wiring harness replacement cost with the repair they already did... Poor service, poor work, poor customer relations.
