Quick lane is not quick. Took over 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change and I noticed vehicles arriving after me completed first. Unacceptable when marketed as a quick no appointment service. Make appointments if you can’t handle the volume. I came here because of a good experience last time I needed service but will think again next time

Excellent service! I live alone and don’t really know anyone around here so when I went out to a flat tire, I didn’t know what to do. I had to waste $60 on an Uber to go back and forth to work that night. The next day, I called coconut point Ford and ended up using their mobile service. The guys came to my house and did everything right in my driveway. From the time I called to the time it was fixed was only 3 hours! This was time saved that I would have spent sitting at the dealership and also money spent on towing. Great service! And I also found out they will come to your home to do oil changes! No more sitting for hours in season for an oil change. Great guys, great service! Thank you!
