I had a very enjoyable experience with AlphaCars in Boxborough, MA. The staff was very accommodating. I went there knowing I wanted a Royal Enfield GT 650. They are selling like hot cakes so I didn't get a proper test drive. I took my chances any way and I'm pleased with the results. It's a wonderful little café racer. Most people who see it agree it's a beautiful bike but they scratch their heads when I have to utter the title, "Royal Enfield Continental GT 650." I would say if the word gets out about these bikes, the more localized competition will need to start looking over their shoulders.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership on many levels. I brought my MB 400SL in for wheel balancing and alignment. I was told that the tires needed replacing and that one of my rims was out of round. I made an appointment and had all of the issues addressed. Alpha Cars service manager, Jacob, was easy to work with. He explained everything in laymen's terms. All the work was done in a timely manner and returned to me when promised. The car runs great! On another note, I bought a Royal Enfield motorcycle from the same dealer. The salesman, Darryl, could not have been more helpful. Very patient, not pushy and a wealth of knowledge for a novice such as myself. Marian who works in bookkeeping was also very helpful with organizing all my paperwork. All in all, a great place to do business with! I highly recommend!

Great honest salesmanship. Easy to speak with and no pressure just a comprehensive explanation of vehicles and purchase agreements. A very relaxed way to buy a car and feel good about it. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

My purchase of a 2022 Ural cT was a “touch less” evolution. Without setting foot in the dealership, my trade ins were picked up, and my Ural delivered. The staff facilitated everything in a painless, seamless manner. And the motorcycle was accessorized just as I wanted. My only regret? Not having a big enough garage to get a Gear Up as well! I've been shopping around for a Ural for a few years, seriously this last year. I finally landed on Ural NE because that's the brand they focus on most, the available selection, and the strong reviews. I was not disappointed. Darrell was tremendous and offered great advice on the accessories I'd want (and not want -- which is just as important) based on the riding my wife, dog and I will be doing. And the fact that they knew what trailer to rent to haul my rig home and all the paperwork I'll need for the NJ DMV just put the buying experience over the top. Recently I purchased Royal Enfield Meteor 350 motors from alpha cars of Boston through Darrell Faulkenberry. Darrell is very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Very professional and no pressure to make decision. Process was easy and smooth, received vehicle on time as promised. Darrell is helped me for modifications after. I bought a Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 about a year and a half ago from the Boxborough store. I have also purchased some parts from the Northampton store. Both are great.
