I stumbled by accident on an ad for alpha cars while looking for a used motorcycle .Boy was I glad I did. Being a baby boomer I have bought many new and used cars and have owned 23 bikes over 57 years of riding. And this whole buying experience with Alpha has been the finest I have ever had. From Dimity in sales who literally spent(comfortable/ no pressure) hours with us and with Darrell who not only is extremely knowledgeable with bikes but is a true rider himself .Also Olga in finance who went the extra mile and bent over backwards to get us the best interest rate for the amount of months we needed to afford this bike .And Marion in the office who was very helpful also. Alpha's motto is "Expect To Be Impressed" is not just about there vehicles its about it's people. Honesty and Integrity! Warning" if you are just stopping to look around at all the awesome vehicles, which they encourage, you just may see the car of you dreams and be driving out in it when you leave. Thanks to all !!!

I was very dissatisfied with my experience with this dealer. I contacted sales in advance to check on a specialty car, I was told it was available and confirmed the price. The next day, was arranged I let the dealer know I was driving out to see car, a 45 minute trip one way. It was not till I arrived that the salesman proceeded to tell me that they had raised the price by almost $2,000.00, mind you not because of an error but due to "market conditions". I get that prices are subject to change but I should have been informed when I confirmed my visit to the dealer. Not very professional or someone I would want to do business especially if a problem ever arose.

After purchasing a beautiful older S Class Mercedes from Alpha Cars, they promised that the few items on the punch list would be taken care of. Jacob , the service manager, at Alpha Cars , ordered the necessary parts and kept me informed about the status of such repairs.. The project took about 10 days and Jacob even brought my vehicle indoors so as to guarantee the safety of my vehicle. Needless to say , the repairs were perfect..Thankyou to Alpha Cars for outstanding service.....

I had the great fortune of meeting Darrell at the Boxborough location of Alpha Cars and was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the motorcycle and patience as I asked him countless questions. The entire transaction proved most pleasant and was completed in a timely manner with the kind assistance of Marian. I cannot express enough the professionalism of this organization.

I've bought preowned vehicles for years from new car dealers. This was my first experience with a preowned dealer. The experience was outstanding. No pressure and very helpful and personalized. I won't be buying anywhere else in the future.

y wife and I purchased a car at the North Hampton, NH AlphaCars in February 2020. The price was reasonable, the car was in great shape and the salespeople were great (not pushy at all and very helpful and informative). After the purchase, we had some service work done on it; the service was done as if it was done on their own cars. Again, the price was reasonable. I go in there often and it is one of the only auto dealers I have ever been in where I've been treated just as well, if not better, after I bought the car as when I was buying it. I can't recommend a better place to buy a car, have it serviced and have it cleaned.
