I can honestly say I've never been treated better than I was at McKenzie's dealership also the salesman that help me Mr Kenny was absolutely wonderful and so was every other person that was involved in my purchasing my car that I love I am truly enjoying it and I would tell and I have told my friends and family about all of you and what a wonderful time I had I told everyone I am a Christian woman and I share God wherever I Go and when I prayed aloud after getting my car when I open my eyes I seen Kenny open his and raise his head that's a wonderful thing when I see that in any business or anywhere may God bless McKenzie always be good and kind of people it will bring you much business and much blessings from our heavenly father.

Within minutes of arriving my saleslady Hannah Chandler had the keys to the vehicle I came to see. We rode down to the end of the lot and I inspected the vehicle. It was in excellent condition, the exterior color looked better in person than in the photos. Didn't take for test drive as I had already test drove the same model as I was currently driving a rental that was the same model. The truck had a few upgrades from the base model of the line which was a pleasant surprise and checked off just about every item on my list for this trim level. We went inside and was given the price and proceeded to run credit and then handed off to Ella Colicchio who ran the numbers from loan companies carefully explaining the options for added warranty above the remaining manufacturer warranty and prepaid maintenance options. Never once did I feel pressured to take the additional options. After looking at a couple loan length terms and different down payments. We came to deal that was acceptable to me. Never once did I feel rushed to make a decision even though it was probably after closing time that the deal was accepted and the paperwork processed. I was by myself making the purchase in a rental truck which Miss Colicchio said they could take care of returning it the next day if the rental company would allow it. I would like to say thank you to Hanna Chandler, Ella Colicchio and the sales manager, sorry I didn't remember your name, This purchase of the 2024 Ram 2500 tradesmen truck was truly a pleasant experience. Great experience at McKenzie! The staff made the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish. No pressure, straightforward pricing, and everyone was genuinely helpful. In and out quickly (no longer than 45 minutes with finance to delivery with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend if you're car shopping.
