I have been trying for over three weeks to get assistance

I have been trying for over three weeks to get assistance with refunding my GAP policy and extended computer warranty on a vehicle I traded in. During this time, the experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been hung up on, treated rudely, and my calls and emails have gone unanswered. When I call the main line, I get placed on hold for long periods of time only to be disconnected. Johnathan in Finance informed me that I do not qualify for a GAP or extended warranty refund due to mileage on my 2023 Highlander. This is simply inaccurate. GAP refunds are based on the term of the finance contract, not mileage, and the computer warranty is based on time, not miles driven. Despite pointing this out, they have refused to help me with getting the cancellation and refund processed. This is not the level of service anyone should expect, especially from a Toyota dealership. Customer service and respect for customers are clearly not a priority here. It was much better when this location operated as Gatorland Toyota. I’ve been a lifelong Toyota owner, but because of this experience, I will never do business with Gettel Toyota again and cannot recommend them to anyone who values honest treatment and customer service.

Thanks for responding. I traded in a 2023 Toyota Highlander and since mid-August I’ve been trying to process my GAP and extended electronics warranty cancellations/refunds. I’ve left multiple messages, been disconnected after long holds, and emails have gone unanswered. Out of frustration, I met in person with Finance Manager Jonathan Long, who told me it “sounded like I knew more than him” about how these refunds work. I also see in your public reply that you “couldn’t locate my account based on the name in the review,” but I have already provided my information directly when I spoke in person. To clarify: • GAP refunds are based on the finance contract term, not mileage. • Extended warranty refunds are time-based, not mileage. I’ll be sending my documentation again, but I expect this to be resolved promptly and without further delays.

Buck helped my wife and I purchase our first vehicle. He was super laid back and made us feel less stressed. He was very thorough, helpful, and kind. We’ve encountered car salesman in the past who don’t care about the customer, they only care about the sale. Buck was the exact opposite. He wants to help you, and we could feel that. 10/10

Lied to my son (a student there) and told him that the

Lied to my son (a student there) and told him that the only battery in stock was the most expensive battery they have ($380 installed). I called the parts department myself and plenty other $150 options available. After installation service advisor wanted to play hero and offered a $40 discount. Service Manager was apologetic and offered for us to take the car back and install a less expensive battery and refund the difference. If the service advisor is flat out lying to you, service manager should have offered something more than wasting more of my son's time and restored trust in their services. Probably last time we do business there.

We brought a car with cash and they could not even help

We brought a car with cash and they could not even help me get other key for my 2023 really. I think that says a lot about you treat your cash customers. Plus my car did not a a book in it and was told my my sales lady she oder it but I have not heard anything from her and it's going on 2 weeks . And she said she was going to see what she can do to get me a other key have not heard anything about that either. So it will be hard for me to tell anyone to come to your busy. Easy to work with.

Easy to work with. No hidden agenda they sell cars customers buy them. Wish I would’ve gotten the service deal in writing before sitting in front of the finance manager but that’s what you get for not securing the details
