Was contacted immediately and was down hill from there. Made an appointment to see the car and Noah said he would have it ready for us. We found the car deep in the lot and filthy dirty so was never ready to show. While making a deal we were never told that we could not write a check for the full amount resulting in having to return next day with a cashier's check. Again car was not ready was in shop getting washed not detailed. Was given no paperwork first day and needed multiple emails to get a check amount. Bright spot was Casey Campbell closing paperwork. Car never detailed only a washjob and interior sweep and wipe. If not such a good deal I would have walked. Poor customer service till closing with Mr Campbell

Purchase review: one of the best trade-in and purchase experiences we’ve ever had (full stop). Devin and Anitra Traverso are the absolute cream of the crop. In summary… Trade-In values and purchase price were better than fair. Communication was clear. No gotcha’s or gimmicks. They even offered to drop off the new car and pick up the trades (out of state purchase). Finance rate was reasonable without negotiation. They even put up with me continuously trying to find the shoe that was going to drop (but never came). As someone who has bought and sold more cars than I’d care to admit, I can tell you that this will be the first dealer I return to if buying a Ford (even though it’s a two hour drive) or if trading/selling a vehicle of any make. Well done.

Don’t be fooled by a fast talking sweet lovable salesman, remember he is trying to make a buck and will tell you almost anything to make a deal. Buying a used car from a dealer that gets most of their used cars at an auction means that you are inherently getting someone else’s problem. Personally know someone that bought a vehicle which had a electrical problem which couldn’t be fixed because it would have cost the dealer to much profit and tried to pawn off a one year older vehicle for thousands of dollars more. This is not customer support but greed by the company. I am really disappointed with this dealership knowing that it’s there to rip off the customer.

Bought a car from them, the engine needed replacement within 6 months of buying it. They were nice enough to NOT give us a courtesy vehicle and we paid out of pocket for a rental along having to pay money on the engine. What a great place! Check engine came back on within a month of them replacing engine so the vehicle doesn’t give us any peace of mind nor do we think it’s reliable. Would never do business with them again

DO NOT buy any car from this dealership you will regret it! I bought a Jeep Cherokee from here and had it for about 6 months before they had to replace the engine. Not rotators, spark plugs, something small but a whole engine. It was there just about 2 months so I was without a car and they only gave me a rental for 10 days. You can’t make this stuff up. And to make it better I had to pay for them to fix the LEMON they sold me. If they did this to me they will definitely do it to you go somewhere else! Customer service is just as bad, they won’t waive the 217$ fee for them to fix the junk they sold me.

I drove up from northern VA on a Saturday to buy a 2022 Mustang GT ... the dealership was very busy and appeared a little disorganized ... but my salesman Noah Selby took charge and had me in and out in record time ... the price was very fair, i got a square deal on my trade, and paperwork was ready to go ... in less than 2 hrs (which included the test drive), I flying down Route 15 in a dark purple Mustang GT headed home ... I would buy from this dealer again.

This dealership had my Ford ranger lariat listed for 44,500 on the internet. They said what you see on the internet is what you pay. Well for some reason at time of sale, they said they forgot to tell me about the 1895 charge I never authorized for a ceramic coating. They knew about it. It's a shame they lie to your face.
