My father was advised by one representative that the fix for a recall on my Ford Escape was available for my back up camera. I called back to schedule the service and was told that although there is a recall on the back up camera they are only working on Mustangs right now. This is a safety issue to which no urgency or estimated time to resolution was given. Not planning on using them on any future needs. Update to add that I reached out to Ford to confirm if the part is available and they let me know it is. All the dealer has to do is order the part and my replacement is free of charge. I placed a formal complaint with them also due to this dealership's non compliance to an active recall. I added my email and phone number to the complaint so the manager is free to reach out and make this right.

Bought a used 2014 ford focus SE. We’ve had it for a few days now and we are really enjoying it. Juan Colon was very helpful and helped us every step of the way. We had an issue when we drove off the lot that required us to leave the car in the dealership overnight. Thankfully the service center repaired the problem and we were able to take it home the next day. Juan and his manager were able to give us a loaner vehicle so we can go home in peace as we traded in our vehicle for the Ford Focus. I am so appreciative of the open communication and getting updates as we really needed to have our car for the upcoming work week. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend this delearship.
