Staff was nice and courteous. Mike was really nice to work with. Overall really good experience.

I am 84 so maybe some was my not understanding but some things were not adequately explained. Got home and noticed I had only one key. Was told to return following Friday to get a replacement. Got there and was told Ford provided only one key. Salesman thought I had received only one remote. Another salesman showed me that spare keys were inside the remote. Was told key was for glove compartment when actually it opens door on passenger side as well.

Staff was helpful and courteous making sure i was informed about the process and truck i was interested in. I would recommend to others looking to buy new or used. Also the price was a great deal and having no dealer fees saves a lot of money.

My wife and I purchased our 6th Ford from Mullinax Ford this month. And, just like the last 5 times, the entire experience was quick and enjoyable. The sales folks and the financing people are experts at their jobs and really put the fun back in buying a new vehicle. The process is never long and drawn out. AND, I have to also say, that the guys at Mullinax's Quick Lane Service Center have always taken extraordinary care of our Fords. We won't allow anyone else to touch our vehicles, when it comes to service and maintenance. They are true professionals. Thanks again, guys and gals. You make our life SO much simpler. Had a great experience buying a Ford F-150 . Had a great Sales Assistance and he was very knowledgable of what vehicles were on site to help me select the truck I wanted to buy. And he was well versed in all the extras in each truck and took the time to show them all in each truck we looked at on the lot. I would fully recommend anyone looking for a truck to look at a Ford Truck at Mullinax Ford.

I purchased a new 2015 (last years model) F150 at Mullinax for a great price! I found this truck brand new at the same price other dealers were selling used (with 50k+) miles on for near the same amount. The customer service (sales person) was great as was the closer. We had a great experience. The buying process I gave a 4/5 stars as it was a slow process to finalize. The facilities I gave a 2 star as they were in the middle of a massive remodel. I'm sure it will be beautiful when its complete and would probably bump up the facility and buying process to 5 stars. Due to the remodel, all the sales people were using 3 total computers which great slowed down the overall purchase process. I would highly recommend this dealership to a friend or family member, and already have.
