Austin was great! Very helpful staff. The car had an unforeseen issue. They quickly had their mechanics inspect it. We agreed it was likely a leaking gasket. They gave me the choice of letting them keep & fix it for me, or buying it as is and knocking a fair amount off of the total price. I loved not having to haggle. I would definitely recommend these guys!

I dealt with Randy McDonald in my internet purchase and delivery. All went well! With my inability to drive at the moment (surgery) and our cautious approach to COVID-19 (not leaving Gainesville), coupled with the fact that we couldn't find a car locally that met our criteria, it was wonderful to be able to find Mullinax with the delivery option. Randy took care of me, helping to get the ball rolling, making himself available for my local friend who came to check out the vehicle, and then completing the sale. I especially appreciate that Mullinax does not tack on dealer extras to the price. What you see is what you get. Thanks again.
