I've purchased 2 new Honda's with Steven Andrews.

I've purchased 2 new Honda's with Steven Andrews. My wife and I felt completely confident in dealing with him. He never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, quite the opposite. He took the time to listen to all our questions and answered every one with the knowledge and experience of a man that truly wants us to understand. He tells it straight, more like a friend verses trying to make a quick sale. At no point did we ever feel rushed or pushed. My wife started buying Honda CR-V's the first year they were made, and we've bought 7 new ones so far, all through O'Daniel Honda. We have never shopped at any other Honda dealerships because we've always felt like we've been treated honestly and fair. Keep up the good work and we'll be back!!!

Received invoice stating a tire rotation was completed

Received invoice stating a tire rotation was completed and Service Advisor told me it was done as well. After receiving my car back I told the Advisor I had marked my tires. Boy did he sure look stupid when he was caught and had to admit it. TRUST I don’t think so.

Mark Johnson is the one to see at O'Daniel Honda!

Mark Johnson is a good salesperson and we felt comfortable talking with him. He explained the new features of the vehicle well. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle which we appreciate. I would recommend anyone to see Mark!

O'Daniel Honda always does a super job for us, and Justin Billiou represents his company in an outstanding manner every time. Justin and O'Daniel Honda have taken care of our new car needs for a long time, and we are thankful for them and always return to them for a new car. They are simply the best.

Loved working with Steven Andrews!

Loved working with Steven Andrews! He was honest and made us feel comfortable moving our business to O'Daniel Honda. After dealing with another dealership for months, we had our new vehicle in three weeks. Steve listened to our needs and worked very hard to meet them. He paid attention to the details and was very thorough in his final walk thru. I will definitely be returning to O'Daniels and hopefully Steve for any future purchases!

A great experience for buying a car

Went to just look at a 2022 Honda CRV. Justin B went out of his way 100% to answer my questions, some more than once. He made sure I knew everything about the CRV. He hooked up my phone, and made sure I knew what all the different features and safety measures on the CRV were, and how to use them.This was actually a very pleasant, no pressure experiance! The finance guy (Jerry) was also very nice and helpful. I will return there and tell all my friends.

Our saleman was Justin Billiou and he did an excellent...

Our saleman was Justin Billiou and he did an excellent job. No pressure and Justin was very knowledgeable of the Ridgeline truck. Justin kept us informed as to where our vehicle was and when it would arrive. And last Wednesday we picked up our shiny red Ridgeline RTL-E.

Don’t go here!

This dealership is a scam. If you value honestly and your money don’t go here. I brought my car in to be fixed and they charged me almost $300 to do nothing. I took it somewhere else and in 10 minutes they told me what’s wrong and how to fix it. O’Daniel couldn’t even tell me what was broken. I should of realize that they were crooks when I went for a oil change and they took out some of my personal belongings. I had to call multiple times, they were returned after a month of asking for my stuff that shouldn’t have been taken out of my glovebox. Save yourself the headache and find a better business to spend your money at.
