We drove 3 1/2 hours to Driven Auto Sales to purchase a car my husband has wanted for 3 years. Nick was our sales rep, and he greeted us like we had known him for years. He let us jump right in the car, spoke of all of the features and did not pressure or try to get us to look at other vehicles (which is a HUGE plus!). He also allowed my husband and I to both test drive the car. Financing was AMAZING! It went very quick and you can tell these guys really do their best to get you what you want. They even filled the gas tank and had it serviced before we arrived. We would definitely go back to Driven Auto Sales in the future!

Lastly, the actually filled up our car before we left...I have bought 4 used cards over the years and I have never had a dealer fill up the tank. That alone will earn my repeat business! BEING FROM SOUTH BEND, IN I TOOK A CHANCE AND DROVE TO DRIVEN AUTO SALES AFTER SPEAKING WITH BILL. When I arrived to look at the 2013 Chrysler 300C of my choice I was amazed how clean the car was. My husband and I decided to purchase the car. I must say after dealing with different dealers over the years, this is the first time everyone at Driven went above and beyond to make this experience pleasant. I have told everyone I've met how great this Company is to do business with. Everyone that works there are the friendliest, nicest and helpful people I've dealt with in years.

I saw car advertised i was skeptical because the car was so much cheaper then other ones I looked at but but to my surprise it was in better condition then advertised. I bought and was out of there in less then hour.

These guys were awesome. Best car buying experience ever. I bought a BMW M3 from them. From my 1st visit till the last, they were so friendly and accomodating. Adam and Bill were outstanding. Not only them even the others were so friendly and smiling every time. I have never seen any dealership where all the employees behaved like this. What more u want from a car dealership. I love my M3 and equally love the shopping experience. I have already decided that i will be trading my M3 in 3,4 years and buy my next car from them. Cheers.

I purchased a beautiful fully loaded pre-owned 2013 Infiniti JX35 from Driven Auto Sales in Burbank on February 2016. After days of online research for this vehicle around a 200 mile radius, I could not find a better deal than at Driven Auto. So I went to the dealership from Minooka, IL with my wife and 2 kids. I had a great experience at Driven Auto as soon as I stepped in their office. Their personnel are so respectful and kind and really treated us like family. All their vehicles are beautiful luxurious cars in pristine condition. I dealt with Adam and Bill and they really gave me a great and fair price for the vehicle. They also gave me a very fair trade-in value for my previous vehicle. Adam, Bill, and Mo (financing) stayed way past their office hours to help me close the deal. I though my kids were going to drive me nuts over there but Adam and Bill took care of them and even baby sat them by the television area while I closed the deal. How great is that. They treat you so great over there and make sure you're comfortable and do not pressure you or haggle you to buy a car like at other places. I bought several vehicles in my lifetime but never had a great and smooth experience like at Driven Auto. Driven Auto will forever be my preferred dealership. They have a huge inventory to choose from and all their inventory are luxurious pristine vehicles and great dealers and personnel to go with it. You won't regret buying a car from them. I recently purchased a 2011 Mercedes E550 from the team at Driven. The experience from the minute I walked in to the showroom until the minute I drove off the lot was second to none. When searching for a used car on the used car web search sites, I found the car I was looking for at Driven Auto Sales in Burbank Illinois. Driven Auto Sales happen to be the nearest location for the car I was searching so I visited their location to inspect and test drive the car. The moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable considering the reputation car sales personnel may have. All of the staff treated my wife and I with courtesy and respect throughout the entire deal up to and including the purchase. The cars I looked at were clean and detailed very nicely. The selection of cars at Driven Auto was huge compared to other used car lots. So far I am pleased with the car I purchased 3 weeks ago and would return to Driven Auto Sales if they had another car I was considering.

A very professional yet relaxed atmosphere to do business. No pressure. They make you feel like family,My use car salesman Ali Diab and his assistant was courteous and fast, although did not decide to buy the car from the first visit but their continued professional follow ups and quality care actually made go back to them and honestly i do not regret it at all ,even got a very low financing APR that was unbelievably super low for a used car , My experience was great!!! .Thanks guys for my new Lexus ,i do give you A+ all the way :) .
