Excellent Review
I am not looking to purchase a car. I was merely visiting to see their inventory of cars. These guys are absolutely the best people to work with. Even though I was not in the market at purchase a car I was so impressed with the sales person Joe Ihmoud and what I could do with my existing vehicle that I ending up buying a Mercedes E350 with low miles and a pretty clean car. Joe is an excellent sales associate who is relaxed and great to work with. Thanks to everyone at Driven Auto Sales ... You guys are the best !!!!

Waste of Time
I identified a car on Driven Auto Sales website in which I was interested. However, I did not want to visit and be unaccepting of their trade-in offer, so I tried to mitigate this issue. I knew they could not provide a quote without seeing the car, but I asked what databases they use. I offered a figure and asked if they could be near it. I give them the VIN number and sent them 43 photos of the car, asking only that they give me a range of value for the car, subject to inspection. They would not provide any guidance. Reluctantly I arrived; they knew what I was expecting. When they provided their trade-in value, it was 55% of my trade-in figure. When I began to leave, the manager Alex arrived. They raised their trade-in offer $1,000. When that was not acceptable, they increased their offer $3,500 above their initial offer. It was getting close to my figure, but I was finished with them. In essence, they were expecting a minimum $3,500 clear profit on my trade-in, in addition to the profit on the car they were selling. A complete waste of time.

Mr. Rossi, I appreciate you coming out and visiting the dealership. Please understand that we were trying to earn your business and that is why I got involved. As the General Manager it is hard to give an accurate figure on a vehicle that is "sight unseen". At the dealership we use AutoTrader Trade-In Marketplace because they will provide an offer that they stand behind. By just providing pictures I was able see a picture of exterior/interior but not the actual condition of the vehicle. Upon inspection there was visual damage not captured in the pictures of blemishes and paint issues from a previous accident. We offered the best we could offer based on the overall condition of the vehicle. We also gave you the option to get a second appraisal that we would match but you declined to move forward with this offer. As a General Manager, I aim to please potential customers but there is only so much that I can do. I gave you some alternatives that you declined! Alex GM

We just recently bought a 2004 VW Passat. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He knew we were coming to look at it so he took the time to get the car all cleaned up and out front for us. The entire process was so easy. We have to give a shout out to the rest of the sales team. While my husband was out test driving with Adam, our son accidentally sprayed root beer all over the showroom. The guys were so good natured about the mess and got it cleaned right up. Our apologies again, guys! We will definitely return to Driven Auto in the future.

Exceptional Customer Experience!
I recently purchased an '08 Mercedes C63 AMG from Adam. Adam as well as the entire staff at the dealership was extremely friendly and down to earth. I have purchased a lot of cars in the last few years and this transaction was by far the most pleasant. The sales process was very quick and easy! I did not feel pressured into buying anything. They also have a great finance department who really looks out for their clients. This dealership has truly earned my future business. The car is so much fun to drive, thank you for everything!

Excellant Service!
Purchasing a car can be a very nerve wrenching process, at least for me. I literally spent weeks researching, viewing and test driving vehicles before I came across Driven Auto Sales. From start to finish, these guys were absolutely fabulous. Driven offers a pressure free, relaxed environment with a full knowledgeable staff. Our sales man was Adam, who was courteous, uplifting and spot-on with any questions I had about the vehicle I purchased. No cheesy sales-man gimmicks! What a relief! Bill, in management was also a gem. It is always nice to be treated as a person, not just a sale. Finally, even their man in finance- Adam was MORE then helpful in explaining the entire process, and was highly informative with the many questions I had. Overall, I'd say it was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had, truth be told. This place serves you as a customer for life, treats you fairly, the cars are BEAUTIFUL and the prices are stellar. Did I mention how clean the bathroom was??? Def. recommend this place!
