From the moment I stepped in to trade my car for a Kia to this date, I am extremely happy with their service. Always professional and the communication is superb. I have always received great service from sales and service. I would not go anywhere else to by a vehicle. I was so happy that I brought my brother in and he did his trade at Kia and he is also super happy.

They had exactly what I was looking for at a great price!

They had exactly what I was looking for at a great price! Moen was my salesman and he was great and not at all pushy! Matt closed the deal at the price I needed and Manny in Finance was able to help with some tricky trade in situations! They all went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted! And how about those Lifetime warranty, loaner cars and oil changes? Amazing!!! I'm very happy with my new car purchase from them!!!

Dealer staff was friendly and welcoming. Staff introduced them selves upon my arrival. They right away offered me something to drink and also while waiting they were nice enough to offer pizza that staff had ordered for lunch. Atmosphere was nice and the cleanliness was also great.

We actually had a service scheduled for our 23’ Kia

We actually had a service scheduled for our 23’ Kia Telliride when we received a call from Moen. Mr. Moen was prepared as we set proper expectations for him and took all of our requests into consideration and made our sale quick and smooth. Even smoother than our first purchase here as this is our second Deland Kia experience. We drove all the way to Deland from Orlando, FL because of our first phone call interaction, since then there has never been a complaint with Service experience or any other issues. So instead of driving 5 mins up the road, we still drove 1hr for the customer experience. We traded our 2023 Telluride for our 2025 Telluride with all the bells and whistles! We couldn’t be happier and to top it off, financing was amazing with Mr. Amir who got us into our trade with zero hassles with Kia Financing. We are definitely forever customers and recommend Deland Kia to everyone!
