F350 service

Brought my F350 in for an oil change and wheel alignment. The service advisor said they couldn?t do the alignment because my truck wouldn?t fit on their alignment machine. How does a Ford dealer that sells F350 trucks not have all the equipment to service these vehicles. It also took over 3 hours to do an oil change.

Excellent

I purchased my second truck here last week, and once again, I left a happy customer. Jonathan Matthews and Mike Cook are the best. I bought my daughter to them last night and she left a happy customer. The service department is great also. I highly recommend this dealership.

Disorganized Mess

This is the second time in a row I have brought my new F-150 in for service and had a terrible experience. My truck is a 2018 with 50,000 miles on it and the sunroof has already quit working. I have asked the Service Department to look at it twice when coming in for an oil change and every time I pick it up they say they didn't have time (despite requesting this service when I make my appointment). Last time they said their lift was down so they couldn't rotate my tires, but I couldn't get them to take the cost of this service off my Bill. They have also neglected to wash my truck the past two times I have taken it in for 'The Works' service - despite waiting for 3 hours after my appointment time I showed up 10 minutes early for. I received a seemingly automated email from the GM (Richard Weigand) after complaining about multiple bad experiences, but when I try to email him back I never get a response. I know everyone has their off days, but I feel like I have given Prestige more than enough opportunities to redeem themselves. Nick and the Sales Team was great, but go ANYWHERE but here for your Service needs.

Prestige Ford Mt. Dora Florida

All employees (service, sales, finance and reception) are extremely helpful and friendly. Ford incentives and finance options were well explained and easily understood.

2017 Escape

Mike Cook Came to my home with vehicle Wife fell in love with the Ruby Red bought it on the spot, came back an hour later with all the paperwork. He was such a Gentleman. Thanks Again hope the service dept. does just as well. Jim & Sue Harvey Mt. Dora

disappointed

service tec was supposed to wash my truck with the servicing of said truck and he didn't. iasked 5to have it washed when I checked in . the lady said it was no problem. didn't get done.
