A new to me dealership , went above and beyond to sell me

A new to me dealership , went above and beyond to sell me a used car. I'm from New York and have worked at dealerships for over 25 years. So to say they blew me away with politeness, courtesy and professionalism is a well informed observation. The used car division, headed by "Joey" was just the ticket that day. I was introduced to Mr. Charles Alexander, my salesman. He gave me a walk around, and a test drive that had no time limit or pressure. He connected with me right away with commendable listening skills and eye contact throughout the process. He was well versed in the seamless process of sales and financing. To say he made me feel comfortable, doesn't do our interaction justice. Love that guy.. Their finance guru " Brad Gracie " worked feverishly for well over four hours to iron out all the wrinkles in a difficult hunt to find just the right lender. Would it be a slight overkill to say I would drive back here in the future for the same treatment ? Would do it all over again tomorrow. The employees go out of their way to please the customers

The employees go out of their way to please the customers and make sure their comfortable and I like that they check in with you every few minutes or so to keep you updated on your vehicle progress.
