Great customer service.

Great customer service. Tony was so very helpful . He double checked everything and found that the part wasn't at the dealer. He got me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait for the part. He called me when the car was ready. Very efficient. Thanks !

Really a great experience.

Really a great experience. I do not tolerate high pressure sales and Sierra turned out to be pleasant and allowed us to shop for our vehicle in a very relaxed manner. I never felt pushed or coerced in the purchase of my Frontier. Bo the sales manager was also funny and relaxed. Between Sierra and Bo we left feeling very confident in making our decision. Phillip was our finance manager. While this is usually the most stressful part of any big purchase, he was also relaxed and informative. I did take the time to review the price of the truck with comparative trucks. This dealership priced the truck fairly. I felt like I did receive a great deal with this purchase. All in all, I would absolutely go back and purchase another vehicle from Bill Ray Nissan!!
