My purchase was a great experience, thanks to Norma my sales person. She was very knowledgeable and made the process easy, explaining everything to me about the Vehicle and the Nissan portal. Also a big thanks to Bo Rhodes and Phil in financing!! I highly recommend Bill Ray Nissan!!! I love my Pathfinder!

They listed the vehicle as certified on their website at one price, then added almost 2k to the price to certify it. Shady and deceptive advertising. I was also told I was getting a 1k price discount, that didn’t happen either. I ended up paying almost original invoice price on a USED car! Buyer Beware!

I purchased a new Nissan rogue in 2021.

I purchased a new Nissan rogue in 2021. After lengthy negotiations the agreed-upon loan term was 60 months. They tried extremely hard to extend it to 66 months. After another guy came in the financing office and put on a big show, 60 months was the agreed upon. Somehow that was magically switched to 74 months during the electronic signing process of numerous documents. The finance guy did a great job of talking about random topics and quickly having you sign and initial everything on the large desk screen. I called today to pay off the vehicle, assuming I had 12 months left. I was told I actually had 27 months left. They forwarded me the contract and sure enough, I had signed for 74 months.... which was an extra 5k more than I thought I was paying. My family and I have purchased many vehicles from Bill Ray Nissan over the past 25 years. It's always been a difficult negotiation process, which is typical for most car dealerships, however I'm absolutely disgusted that they pulled a fast one and changed the terms of our agreement in a very sneaky way. After doing some research, I'm not surprised, but again disappointed to learn this is common practice for car dealerships to change the terms during the signing process. Car dealerships are typically up there with attorneys for people you can't trust and I understand why this is the case now. If you're purchasing a vehicle at Bill Ray Nissan, don't let their friendly disposition fool you. They are sharks, pay attention to everything you sign in the financing office. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them again and discouraging anyone I know to stay away from Bill Ray Nissan. I will say Karim the initial sales guy was great. He had no part of what happened in the finance office.
