I really like that I get the estimates upfront and the

I really like that I get the estimates upfront and the recommendations. I don't feel pushed to go with the recommendations, but it gives me time to prepare myself for a future service cost. Robert Simmons, my service advisor, answered all my questions and explained that i did not understand.

Eli the service advisor that helped me was dismissive and

Eli the service advisor that helped me was dismissive and didn't answer of my questions that I had. The inital encounter he didn't even acknowledge me and it seem he just wanted me gone. He did not try to listen to me for why I was even here. He just was like uh, huh, uh huh. And boom! The cost for a full vehicle inspection is $228.82 and sign on the dotted line. Like what? You needed to explain properly to your potential client why the charge. I just ending up paying because by the end of the encounter I wanted to leave as well. I felt so rush and felt like my car concerns weren't conveyed properly. Even while waiting during the full inspection. I wanted updates on why it took from 10:30 AM - 1:50 PM. At the Nissan Service in Clermont I got inundated with updates and was expecting the same consideration, but I got nothing. At the end, I basically did not even exist to him. He seem to be in rush. He hastily went over what was wrong with the car and he disappeared again to provide me a print out. Which took some time but this again I felt like was opportune moment to ask and answer any questions the potential client might have. And he didn't ask me and just handed me his card and basically his engery told me why are wasting my time when you aren't going to make an appointment - which I would have if I felt like my concerns were inital properly addressed and they weren't. I didn't get to go over what was recommended services let alone set up future appointments and he didn't properly answer my question that managed to asked before completing the charge. And Eli did not provide me a estimate of the OEM parts I requested - that was initially why I came in for and was really concern about it and this too was swept away under his dismissive attitude. I will be taking the recommended services business elsewhere. Also, he did not even explain to me properly why I was charged $228.82 for a full car inspection. Overall just a very disappointing and lackluster first time visit. I was hoping this Nissian Service was better than the one I typically go to in Clermont but it was not. Not going to this Nissan Service in Longwood ever again. And i wanted to give a warm applause to Robert Simmons. Even though he wasn't my service advisor the clients he was helping; he was warm, engaging, and very friendly and answered any questions the clients where asking.

As always, service was great. Clear, detailed estimate of work needed. Our ten year old Altima has been a very reliable car, at least in part due to the excellent service department.
