David Navarro is exceptional! and Christian! which makes him patient, kind and understanding! Not afraid to bring our God into the picture! He goes the extra mile in how he services you just like Jesus does for us! I would recommend you all to anyone, especially David. I am very very happy with my decision!

The friendly and professional service was GREATLY...

The friendly and professional service was GREATLY appreciated. All persons involved were polite and professional and I did not have to sit around and wait for hours while papers were being processed. If I have to purchase another car again I will go to Aristocrat VW Sanford.

The whole experience was great! The truck, a Chevy S10 5 speed, was just what I was looking for. David Navarro was very personable and polite. He answered all our questions and did not pressure us at all. He was very honest with regard to the cost of the vehicle and it's condition. We did end up bringing the truck back to the dealership within an hour for a copule of problems. David asked no questions and handled it all. They fixed it all quickly and had us going again within a day. Thank you David for making my vehicle shopping experience a good one!

Have purchased all of our cars at Aristocrat during the last 10 years. Staff are always courteous, very friendly and easy to work with. We especially enjoy working with Billy Stewart and appreciate his friendliness, help and expertise when purchasing our cars. Overall, we feel welcomed, which is why we continue to buy our cars there.

The reason why i gave the rating that I did was because i did enjoy my experience with buying my first car. David was super helpful and made it a wonderful experience. I do believe he did go over and beyond this job. I would recommend this dealership and David for someone to buy a car from. I really appreciate everything.

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!

Recently purchased a new 2013 VW Passat from this dealership. Let me first start by saying two of my friends within the past four months have purchased new VW's from Aristocrat and both had nothing but praise about their car buying experience. Dave Wallace was the salesman for both mine and my friends purchases and his level of professionalism and kindness should be the gold standard for all salesman. He wanted nothing more than to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and that the car exceeded all my expectations. The whole buying experience was pressure free, thorough and came with no surprises. Everything was laid out on the table and I never once felt like I was being persuaded or conned into buying. I plan on buying from these guys for a lifetime. They're that awesome!!

I bought a CPO vehicle from this dealer, at the time of...

I bought a CPO vehicle from this dealer, at the time of purchase a Due Bill was made for some issues including cleaning. I took delivery of the car and returned another day to have some work done and to have it cleaned. After waiting for a really long time (3 hours +/-) the car was returned I was told it needed some parts and that it was clean. I took one look at it and knew the carpets had never been touched. I asked about cleaning and was told I could pay for them to be cleaned and come back another day and that I would be contacted. To this day 5 weeks later I have never been contacted. Never been offered anything from this dealer. I have been in contact with VWOA to force the car to be cleaned, to get floor mats under the CPO, to inform them some items were not new that are on the paper work as being new. Now VWOA has been nice, but I have owned this car for 44 days and have been able to drive it for 25 days. The missing days are because it was in and out of two dealers. Upon investigation, I found there were deceptive and possible fraudulent sales practices, not because of actions by the sales staff but because of the lack of care,effort, passion, etc of the service technician that inspected the car. Make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's when buying or having service done here.
